While it?s a given that this is a busy Starbucks because of its proximity to the freeway, it?s service and cleanliness are... subpar. The inside tables look like they are hardly ever wiped down and the ones outside have what looks like months old driedspills of drinks and Frappuccinos. It?s gross. The service is very slow and they have so many mobile and drive up orders thatthey are constantly filling first so the people who come in and order at the counter are forced to wait 20 or more minutes toget their drinks. The girl at the counter took our order of 4 drinks and we ended up with 5 drinks, one we didn?t order. When Ichecked at the register I found that I was charged for it. We were very clear with our order so I don?t know how she could haveadded a drink that wasn't even close to what we ordered. She did give me a refund but it was painful because I kept having torepeat what we ordered and what the drink was that we didn?t order. It?s like she wasn?t registering what was wrong. Anyway,enough said. I will not go back there. There?s another smaller Starbucks a few blocks in a strip mall that?s much less hectic. Read more
It?s Starbucks. After a several month hiatus where they were closed entirely or only AM to noon, this location is now open... normal business hours. Simple online ordering and fast service, great mid-day reprieve from the office park grind. Read more

EWWWWW. They have terrible customer service for the customers that ordered on the app. I literally saw my drink sitting on the... counter? the dude that was standing right behind it was completely ignoring the customers coming to the pickup line. Then hehurries up and says a bunch of names and quickly walks away? so I yelled ?sir can I have the one for Amanda? and he rolls hiseyes and sits my cup down in front of me instead of just handing it to me while my hand is literally out to take it. Thendoesn?t say ANYTHING after that. Hands down the worst customer service I?ve received at any of the Starbucks around here. Very friendly staff, but also very busy in the morning. Long line of people trying to get their cup of morning joe. Might be a... fall out of all the schools around, parents dropping off their kids. I got there early but the store was very dirty. The floors were sticky with pieces of paper( junk) lying everywhere. What was... shocking was the barista. He brought the jug in which he was making the Frappuccino very close to his face, twice. His back wastowards me so I couldn?t see what he was doing , blowing in the jug or worse? I threw the drink.
