I asked for a Meatball Marinara, the staff said "We don't have meatballs". Ok, that's fine, give me a Philly Cheesesteak that's... listed as #1 on your menu. Nope, the staff requested that I just choose a list of ingredients instead. Only had steak for themeat option. Asked for provolone cheese, but got pepperjack instead; ok, I guess that's fine. After toasting, the staff asked meif I wanted any vegetables while his hand was already full of lettuce. I shook my head and said "No thank you", but it was toolate, before I knew it my sandwich was loaded with lettuce and miscellaneous vegetables that I didn't even ask for like onions,olives, and peppers. I came looking for meatballs or cheesesteaks, but walked out in tears with a sandwich that the staffcreated on his own free will. The only thing that I got what I asked for was "No Sauce" and "No Receipt". I honestly neverconsidered making a sandwich and following instructions to be a high difficulty skill until I visited this store, what anabsolute embarrassment of a location. Read more
Worst Subway ever. The clerk charged me extra for a wrap($9 in the app $13 charged). I ordered in the app and the food was 12... minutes late. Clerk was on his phone and not engaged. Such a shame that I?m now going to Subway that?s farther from home. Read more
Worst sub way ever. Not even hygienic and tastes pathetic. On top of this, their rates are higher than most other subs. They... seem to be scammers. When asked for avocado, he said they don't use avocados in their store. Ridiculous. Avoid this store andneeds to complain to Food Safety and inspection authorities. This one deserves to be shut down. Who can tell me why the subway experience always horrible!! They don't accept my coupon cause I am a little Chinese woman. BUT... my Indian friends always use coupon at Subways. WHY! If you don't accept coupon then don't send out. Protect theforest! Yesterday I went to 6700 Santa Rita at Pleasanton. The owner, a greedy Indian guy charged me $1 for 3 slice of whitecheese, 10 cents for the small plastic bag. If he told me I would rather hold it by hand. Very little lettuce, old saltytomatoes. For a foot long he didn't mention the dressing. So my kid ate it said that was very dry. Read more

Worst Subway ever. They did not even have the bread that I wanted (which every other subway has). And when I dispensed the soda... from the machine no soda came out, instead, A WHOLE COLONY OF ANTS JUST POURED. I will never come here again. Read more
They never have anything you want even when there is 1 hour left before closing time. He said we don?t have this or this and was... like you should come earlier even though there was a hour left. He closes the shop way too early and did it 2-3 times every timewe go. Read more
