I was so amazed how good it was. Great service. Everything was so clean. And fast. The line getting in was long but Fernando our... waitress, made sure we was still a priority. Haven't been to a cheesecake factory in years but was visiting Stoneridge Mall and thought grabbing a slice to go would be in... order. Around 4pm so figured I would get in before dinner rush and I did but line was still long and even with 5 people behindthe cheesecake section still quite a wait. The cheesecake is good though ???? Updated 6/23/22 On this occasion for a birthdaydinner and drinks we had about a 30 minute wait for a table not bad but the table had dirty dishes on the seat and had to waitfor someone to clear it before we could sit. Parking is easy since it's in the Pleasanton mall. Service once we sat was good,we placed our orders and had a manager come over to apologize for being out of one of the items and she had a list of everythingthey were out of so it didn't happen again which was really helpful Cocktails Ordered: ???? People are complaining on here about waits on a weekend around dinner time, OF COURSE this place is busy. What high volume place... isnt. I know we were locked in our house for a few years and used to the microwave taking only 2 mins but man cut theseemployees of cheesecake factory some slack. Anyways... I came in on a Wednesday for lunch the waitresses that waited on us wereso patient, informative and amazing. The food was delicious and drinks we bomb, we will come here again!
