I'm a 71 yr. Senior citizen. And I can hear well . Desirre the young lady at Golden chicken said she couldn't hear me she said... go to the window . So I had to go to the window and wait. I asked what part she didn't hear so I asked her did you get 1/2 bigred and the other1/2 Pepsi. Rudely she said 1/ 2 big red 1/2 Pepsi. Then she slammed the window my face. She was the rudestperson.. I was at the window for over 45 min. 2 cars in front of me got out of line and drove off. I made an order online on June 1, 2022 I also paid the $45.29 for them to call me about 20 minutes after placing the order... stating that they could not make my order because they were closed. I made the order around 7:50 p.m. They called atapproximately 8:15 p.m. When I asked about my refund they acted as if they didn't know how to do it. A so called manager thenstated that she would have to call her manager and return the receipt to get the refund. She was extremely rude! It is now June20th no refund. I called on the 15th of June and was told that it was submitted for the refund. If you order online do not payonline no telling how many other people this has happened to. I will be calling corporate and seeing why they are taking so longto refund my money. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more

First time, we were doing a comparison of chicken fingers to other places. Not as good a Raising Cains, but way better than... Bushes. We were excited to see they had Pepsi products, but both the Pepsi and Mt Dew tasted strange. We would definitely visitagain for the chicken fingers. Read more
