Discrepancies between my local Pizza Hut & corporate on "Melts". Sauce not come with & is an extra additional cost, & modifying... the unwanted meats in the meat lover's is not allowed, but is an available option within the app. Overall customer service perthe 2 separate incidents was awful & unprofessional. On 1 Nov 22 we ordered a couple of melts to be delivered and after 70 minutes we called to find out where our order was and told... it was out for delivery and would be delivered in 10 minutes, still nothing so we called back to be told again it was out fordelivery and that the next call would be from the delivery driver, but still nothing and now we've gone into 2 hrs from when weordered so we called again and told they couldn't find our order or get ahold of the delivery driver, but they could make themagain and we told them we'd pick the order up and they stated we could get something for all the trouble, which didn't happenother than getting the $5 tip we added when we ordered. My experience with my recent order with Pizza Hut was awesome the food was great was warm and everything was on time just the... way I liked it the driver was very polite and very understandable when I did not have that much for a tip he told me it was okayso I was able to enjoy my pizza without guilt thank you very much Pizza Hut for your hard work and for your good food and thankyou very much Mr driver for making me feel at ease y'all are awesome. Customer service at the window is good. The guys are really nice. Pizza was good but the breadsticks and cheese sticks are... always two seconds from 2nd degree burns. Sometimes you can tell the difference between the two. I gave 4 stars bc there?s oneguy at the window who is super nice and professional every time. Read more

I'm always treated like a valued customer and all staff are respectful and always aim to make everyone's experience a good one.... Couldnt decide which was worse, the food or the service. What we could decide on was that both were equally as slow. There was... maybe 3 small tables in the whole place so they were not even close to busy. Took about 45 min to get our appetizer and drinks,about an hour AFTER that for 1 pizza to be cooked. The only decent thing was the wings (which still took about an hour and ahalf to get to our table). On top of that, this is what we got after waiting for almost 2 hours. A $20 large pizza that endedbeing half crust. Cheapskates cant even fill out the pizza but want 4x the money little caesers down the road want. Wont becoming back. Read more
Always has my order ready and correct. Super friendly at the drive thru window also.
