Very rude, out of half the food and drinks, out of 12 good items alone we were giver a total of 5 tacos that were completely... wrong and were made by the shift manager. The other 7 were never given. Had to wait 40 minutes while not busy to get refunded.Then we were treated as if we did something wrong because our order was never completed. Read more
Ok just had an issue with this location had been waiting for location to open for about 10 min waited a good while for them to... open it's 10:16 and go thru drive thru and person at drive thru said currently closed right now when clearly someone comes outof lobby guess these people have their own business hours so sorry customers take a back seat to these restaurants.. This location is absolutely trash. Bad service, no beans, no napkins, not able to provide a receipt. They messed up our order... completely. INot to mention they purposely keep the phone off the hook as I've tried calling for several hours. Everyone doyourself a favor and skip this location. Read more
Do a few weeks ago I ordered a (chicken power bowl) extra everything in the bowl. So even with paying almost double for my meal... they did not give the extra items in the bowl and refused to do anything about the situation. Tonight I tried to give them asecond chance. I didn?t even get the chicken which is what makes it a CHICKEN power bowl and they only gave me half ofeverything they put in the bowl. I also asked for mild, hot, and fire sauce and a fork, and nothing came with it. Extremelydissatisfied with this store and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Read more
Its lunch hour. How is it that the sign says "open". Yet the doors for customers who want to dine in is locked? Roughly a month... and a half ago I tried drive through at about 7:20am. No one was available...it was during the week. The restaurant lookedclosed. I let than one go.....but locked doors during lunch hour......really? One tiny piece of chicken chopped up in bottom! I got 2 and taco almost 10.00 and was cold besides. The burrito's do not match... their pictures. Awful! Read more
I never do bad reviews but man oh man this has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. Restrooms are nasty, employee's don't follow your... order instructions, and they can't even put a taco together. I wish more people had good work ethics. Read more
