I would steer clear of this specific location if I were you. Rude service? on our visit we ordered through the drive in on our... way back to SA and then decided to go ahead on stop in because my two month old needed a diaper change. To which then ourcashier Raylee B went on to loudly say to her coworkers, on break, and within earshot of about 10 other patrons, ? what?s thepoint of ordering through the drive through if you?re just going to come in? ? save yourself the unnecessary comments andcondescending attitude and skip this one besties ?? Went to Whataburger and order the new Chili Cheeseburger meal with large fries and a Coke Zero and two apple pies to go. Place... was busy since it was a football game night but customer service was great and got home and will say kudos for a delicious ChiliCheeseburger meal and try yourself one as well. Read more

I just went through the drive thru and literally staying less than a minute away. My burger was completely cold , bun was hard... and the fries were also cold and hard. I don?t normally post reviews or complain but this was bad all around. Read more

I'm not sure what's going on at this place but our food was horrible. My husband got the triple burger with bacon and I got a... chicken sandwich and they were both so dry we couldn't finish them.. I know everywhere is hurting for help right now, and I'msorry for giving such a horrible review, but the food was almost unedible. The fries were not cooked all the way either. Read more

Restaurant was clean. Food was served quickly and the employee was super friendly. That makes a huge difference these days.... Kyra took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish our Whataburger back home was this clean andfriendly. Good job! Read more

The manager on the shift today, July 12,2022 at 2:00pm, was extremely rude to customers & employees!!!! While waiting in line... listening to her speak down to an elderly lady trying to pay for her meal with exact change, because they didn?t have any coinsin the register, I walked around the dining room area. Right before my husband ordered I told him there were 4 tables waitingfor food in case he wanted to go elsewhere. At that moment the Mgr yelled right in our face ?CAN SOMEONE GET THESE TABLES OUTFRONT CLEANED THE CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING!!!? I tried to correct her but she blatantly ignored me. The a/c isn?t workinginside the restaurant and the sweet lady doing excellent at cleaning tables and running curbside, and getting yelled at for noreason, was about to pass out from the heat. A male employee got her some water and had her sit while he helped her. Theemployees teamwork and efficiency was amazing; although it didn?t look like it had anything to do with good management. She hadyelled at the other employees and was running the register while we sat and ate and watched all the dining room?s going?s-ons.???? We watched 2 people leave because no one was behind the register and finally some man asked ?Is anyone running the front? We?d like to order!!? I understand poor service happens here and there, but treating employees and customers the way we sawtoday is absolutely NOT necessary and a horrible representation for any company or business. Taking employee safety intoconsideration should always be at the top of the list too!!!! Read more
