The restaurant was fairly dirty but they were in the process of cleaning it when we arrived. The food order did not arrive... correctly but they promptly fixed it by adding another patty directly to the already bitten out of sandwich, however they forgotthe cheese to go with it. The french fries were the best part of the meal, they were amazing!! I doubt we will patronize thislocation again. Read more
This is the second bad food experience I've had in 2 months. The chking was way over fried and barely able to bite into. The... French fries were close to raw and the whopper Jr was not even like warm. This was a very good fast food place but not anymoresorry to say. Read more
One of their employees never gave my card back, stole it and made unauthorized purchases including one at their own store!!... Manager refuses to give any type of refunds so we are making disputes with the bank. We are also contacting the police as wellas corporate BK. Read more

Kid on speaker rushing me on order. Did not ask what kind drink I wanted. Paid and pulled forward. Manager came on from... outside... back door open... he was hitting on stuff and swearing... i heard it all. I almost left cause he was getting violent. I get a horrible experience every time I go here. Normally they just mess up my order and don?t give me all what I ordered.... Today I went and got a whopper jr with a 8 peice jalapeño bite, first they totally forgot my jalapeño bites then as I wastaking a bite of my burger it was drowned in mayo with no ketchup whatso ever and also tastes like perfume.
