We were at restaurant yesterday and had a logical question about my order. Sadie the manager was irate and incapable for... helping us and provide a resolution. I will never gooo back. Wow! Very poor customer service. She knew there was a problembut refused to help us!!! I will never go back and am going to Duncan Corporate to view my complaint on Sadie. Other girls arenice. Read more
Very slow service. There were more employees than customers plus managers were present in the sitting area and they seemed to be... having a meeting and they were more concerned about what they wanted than helping customers get what we were there for, coffee.Be professional, don't have meetings in the front of a store and impead customers. Basically the same as most Dunkin' Donuts. The lady taking the inside orders was very nice but super slow when there are 4... people waiting in line. The drive thru seemed to be much faster. Read more
Thank God another location opened in tow. Because this location almost always messes up orders. They are getting worse and... worse. Order a large and get a medium. Or the coffee tastes burnt or watered down. Read more
This has become my go to location for early morning ? coffee replacing a higher priced local competitor. Not only is the coffee... and food delicious but the service is friendly and quick. I am allowed to drink my coffee and eat my food in store which is yetanother plus over the competition. I will continue to return to this location regularly for the foreseeable future too! Read more
Tried to place an order to purchase half dozen pink frosting donuts. Was told they could only do three because they were going... to ?run out?. I?ve been there multiple times and they?re always out of donuts.. it?s pretty common for donut shops to run out.Not very good answer to tell a customer they cannot sell you what they have in stock.
