Our orders have been incorrect everytime we go/order here. Our orders always take much longer than the predicted time that... Doordash provides, at no fault of the dasher. The dasher that picked up my order let me know that they were at the restaurantwaiting for my order about 20 minutes prior to food actually being "ready". Food was cold and our dasher arrived promptly afterobtaining food. We were missing stuff from our orders too. My son and I went to the restaurant for brunch about a month or soago, took forever for our food, part of my order was wrong and it never got corrected. We waited for over half an hour for theorder to be corrected. My son was getting antsy so we decided to leave. Only got about $1-2 off of my bill. I completelyunderstand being short staffed, but these aren't the only times these mistakes were made. We have decided to stop going to IHOPin Plover. Read more

Very poor waiting service. We watched many orders, including ours, get messed up. Things were forgotten. And one of the... waitresses came up to us and was swearing in her little story she felt we needed to know. The bathrooms were disappointing aswell. I was unable to order online through app or use my rewards. It charged my card 4 times and rejected it as soon as it charged it.... I called the restaurant and ordered it with them, the total was more than what I had online. They put me on hold for 10 minutes.I hung up and called back. I was on hold another 15 minutes. After 35 minutes from placing the order I went to the restaurant.It wasn?t even that busy, I waited 5 minutes and no one came to help me. Two people looked at me but said nothing. I walked out. Sign on door, Google, and IHOP's own website say they close at 10, however the staff told us that they close at 8 now as it's... "COVID hours". Not impressed. [Previous visit]Fun place to eat, especially their pancakes. Good service, except I was asked if Iwanted a booth or a table, asked for a table, but was assigned a booth! Waited 20 mins to be seated (wasn?t even a full house. Maybe 4 tables were already seated and ordered.) ordered our food,... received it only to find I could only eat the eggs (which were barely cooked enough) because the griddle hadn?t been cleanedbefore they made my waffle. I for one am a clean freak and like seeing my food look like it?s eatable. Not like previous mealshave been prepared before mine and not cleaned. Furthermore, after finishing our meals, we waited yet another half hour toreceive our check. Waiting staff was barely around. Not satisfied.
