Went in with 6 people. 3 orders were wrong. Dining room disgusting. Tables sticky, floor was greasy I almost slipped and fell.... Trays that they brought out with our food were also dirt and sticky. Will not be going back. Can't blame it on "short of help" ,there were at least 6 employees that I could see plus whoever was cooking. Read more
only 3-4 crew ever seem to be scheduled after 7pm despite having a line every night. The people they do have seem to try to be... quick, but there aren't nearly enough people to make it quick if you're looking for FAST food, you can go elsewhere Read more
The new adult Happy meals....I have a tweener son who so wanted to collect all 4 of the new toys. As the bags aren't numbered... and not see through, they went above and beyond to feel out the bags to try to get the 4 different toys for our meals. Theynailed it, and as annoying as I'm sure I was, everyone was very polite! Thank you for going above and beyond today! Read more
It was a PLAIN hamburger...It even said on receipt PLAIN HAMBURGER! i waited 5-10 minutes for that and fries....which i said no... salt so they obviously recooked the fries...after this being my 3rd screw up at a 3rd mcd's im done....i would have went back toget it right but i get 1/2hr lunch break and there were 11 cars waiting and 2 drove off as i was leaving Read more
Came in at 2:30pm 1 other person inside dining area, no workers at the counter so we had to touch screen order. Dining area is... disgusting! Found one table that wasn?t horrible. The food was awful! We had four in our party and only thing that was decentwere the fries and soda. So many flies in the dining area and sticky dirty floors. Absolutely disappointing!!!! Read more
I placed a curbside order with a BOGO deal for a quarter pounder(no onion) & a 10 pack of nuggets. When I submitted the order,... the app changed the nuggets to a 2nd quarter pounder(with onion). The shift manager told me he couldn?t do anything about theissue, other than sell me the 10 piece nuggets. When I handed him the 2nd QPC, he told me ?well, I can?t do anything with that??. I begrudgingly bought the 10 piece at full price, because my wife is diabetic & needed to eat. I would have rated thislocation lower than 1-star, but that was the lowest option. Read more
It's McDonald's , don't pretend like you don't like it. Accept it and move on with life. I think they put some secret chemical... in there to keep us all addicted. This location is clean, has a nice seating area. Bathrooms have always been clean. I can'tgive it five stars because it's a McDonald's. Read more
