I have never tried a Gyro in the 28 years I've been alive and I was blown away by how amazing it was! Not only was it incredibly... delicious, but the owner is the nicest man I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from! We are in town for work, we wentthrough the drive through after they closed and he still wanted us to order which was so cool! The folks at On The Go Gyro are just wonderful! The food is always excellent. If you enjoy a good hummus and pita, there is no... better place. Home made and fresh! After a long work day, I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I forgot tomention my preference for my burger toppings and didn?t even realize it. They came to the window and said ?hey, don?t youusually order your sandwich like this?? And I said you are right! I forgot to mention it! Thanks for remembering! Drive thru gyros! We went through the drive through and was the 5th car in line. We waited about 5 minutes per car so not too... bad (I see alot of people mentioning long wait times). We ordered the classic gyro and the Chicago style hot dog with Onionrings too. Meals were very good and just "slightly messy" . There are several signs that remind patrons that meals are made toorder and it is not a fast food joint so you should expect a small wait for your meal. I would recommend stopping in if yourlooking for a great gyro or pick one of many other menu options, as the prices are pretty reasonable. Read more
One of the best places to eat in the Stevens Point/Plover area! The folks that run this Gyro take out are the sweetest! The food... is always so good, fresh and hot!
