So I ordered on the app tonight and was super excited for the chicken tacos and the fiery dorito Gordita! I pulled up to the... window & the man with the glasses told me they were out of the dorito taco shells. Frustrating, but ok I said well can I get mymoney back or add something for the $$difference and he asked the lady and then told me No, because I already paid! I meanseriously! Exactly $30 of my hard earned cash. To me that?s a lot, I don?t splurge on eating out a lot but my teenager wanted tocelebrate her A honor roll! And this was truly upsetting. Literally the only thing to be eaten was the chips and cheese. Thechicken tacos were HARD AS A ROCK!!! And the the meat in the tacos were so cold, my potatoes and cheese were ice cold. Thegorditas were so cold and gooey like they have been sitting, the crunchy shell was just mush. I knew going back would solvenothing as the people working already didn?t seem to give a care! The usual Taco Bell food, but way way slower service than usual. This is definitely not a ?fast food? place. It took over 15... mins to get the simple order we had placed. Also every table in the place was dirty and needed to be wiped down. All of thetrash cans where full of trash. The bathroom was out of paper towels and dirty too.
