Time and time again i give this dunkin a chance to make up for the lack of customer service and respect and they disappoint each... time even more than the time before that. Today, my husband went to pick up a mobile order that contained a half dozen ofdonuts, two breakfast sandwiches, and two drinks. he was handed everything EXCEPT the half dozen of donuts and told to have anice day. when he asks about forgetting the donuts, the woman stated ?oh yeah, we?re out of the ones you picked?. So they werenot going to acknowledge that we were missing the most expensive part of the order, without any explanation, apologizing oroffering any type of solution. when he asked for choices of others, they stated they did not have any at all. but theycould offer pumpkin or blueberry. how does a dunkin? DONUTs not have donuts? very disappointed and will not be returning. Read more
Very nice group of employees today around 11:00 am. They really created a amiable environment
Extremely poor customer service ,so sick of her attitude. just wanted a hot cup of coffee but I never received one. The machine... is always broke so instead of telling me that she hands me a coffee pretending it?s hot and then she?s upset because I calledher out on it and I also called her out on her attitude . No one said that it?s her fault that the coffee machine doesn?t workbut it?s her fault for having a poor attitude and serving me coffee like I should just drink it cold and shut up . If I would?veordered a cold coffee I would do that but I wanted a nice hot coffee and it just never is and she just continues to hand themout for five dollars without even saying you know this might not be that warm sorry do you want something else. I asked her fora new coffee and she tells me that this machine is always broke so she obviously knew that my coffee was going to be cold whenshe handed it to me and when I asked her for a new one it was a problem . this owner needs to take notice cause almost everyreview that this place has says the same thing, poor customer service food is bad never warm ,coffee is cold when it?s supposedto be warm you would think that they might notice and try to change. unfortunately I really don?t think anybody cares includingthe owner ,obviously. Stopped on to get a dozen doughnuts for the office. Cost $11, which was a bit of a surprise. With the state of things and... inflation, I wrote it off as a casualty. Get to work and find that some were not very fresh. A bit disappointed. Nocomplaints on staff, however. They were friendly and working hard. 2 of them manning the whole store when I arrived. Did not know these guys competed with Starbucks. Much to my delight they've got good espresso drinks and solid choices for... healthy breakfasts. The donuts are of course awesome. Great way to build goodwill with, well, anyone. Coworkers, daycareproviders, high school teachers. Yep. Read more
This is the third time that I was given my coffee and there has been an inch gap. There have been several times it was made... wrong and not filled the entire way... I go here for the convenience but now will drive out of my way from now on for betterservice and products Read more
[MOLD] [MOLD] [MOLD] This place is absolutely disgusting! This is my first time giving a review but I feel that it needs to... be shared. I got a job working there and only worked there for 3 weeks cause I'm not going to be involved when someone getssick. There is mold absolutely everywhere, in the Ice machine badly to the point where bits of mold were in ice cubes that werehanded out the window to customers constantly. Night shift never cleaned up and morning shift wasn't picking up there slack.There is old food in the freezer that's been on the ground since I got a job there and been there way before I even got hired.There's no sweeping, no mopping, no wiping down the machines nor the fridges. I filled out a form for Pennsylvania Department ofAgriculture for food and safety. The amount of mold I've seen can not just happen over night, it's been sitting there formonths!!!! Read more
This Dunkin is on my way to work every morning. While I can't always stop for coffee and whatever, it's just so great that this... place is here and available when I need a pick-me-up. My work is hard and I have gotten so close to leaving lately, but Sandyhas become the person I can rely on seeing when I come through and she is fantastic! She can be a bit scatterbrained at times,but she has such a big heart and always makes sure I leave with what I need. She has a loving and vibrant spirit that carriesinto my workday. I live about a half hour from here and am honestly more motivated to drive out this way to work every daybecause she's here. Call me what you will, but she's what more coffee shops need these days! This review, really, is for her,period. I would drive out to this place on my day off or even if I stopped working out this way if I knew her smiling face wouldbe there to greet me! Facts. Read more
