Worst service. I understand that everywhere is short staffed. Communication is key. We have ask multiple times for refills and... least just to refill our children's drinks. Somehow we keep get forgotten about but the guys next to us are able to get refills.The men's bathroom has pee on over the floor. My food was cold but my plate was super hot I also dropped it when they handed itto me. They are only 3 other "families" in here with us. Again communication, let us know what's going, we are understanding,instead we felt like we were left on the corner. It also sad that we can't get refills or services but the guys next... theyones that are rude can get refills and service.... Read more
Well sadly i have to leave a poor review but i have to because when 4 out of 4 of the meals is jacked up. I gotta let people... know when your order a salad that plan as day shows it has chicken included to it but you get you salad and no chicken then youorder a shake and you dont get the shake till after you receive you meals then your kids pizza that is in halves and is foldedover where all the cheese is falling off the whole pizza then for a alfredo pasta dish and the noodles are so semi hard andmushy that you have to take a drink to choke it down and last but not least is chicken tenders are hard. I mean come onapplebees great way to loss a regular customer. Small portions but good taste. 6 oz sirloin/coleslaw bc they didn't have the advertised broccoli. Added chicken strips with... fries and slaw. $30+ before veterans discount card. Update 8/1/22 lowered to 3 stars. I had ribbetts dinner and wasdisappointed in the taste, texture and amount of small flat bones in it. I got 2 small cups of Cole slaw b/c maybe they didn'thave anything else to put on the plate? She had shrimp and fries. She didn't like the fries whereas I did. Her sweet tea wasweak but adequate. We were asked to wait 10 to 15mins to allow the kitchen to "catch up". Only 8 tables were occupied. I asked if our party of 4... could at lease be seated. The hostess said we would put too much stress on the wait staff. Our waiter Joe was awesome althoughappeared overwhelmed, he was the only highlight. Our water was noted to have an odd smell and taste. My fork had dried foodcaked on. My burger came dripping with watery grease. This place is a definite Do Not Return. Read more
First off this place is disgustingly DIRTY!!! Look at pics... All the food was cooked poorly. Burger was ordered No pink. Came... out med rare. Waffle fries were ordered Extra crispy came out soggy on a plate of runny sauce that I think was supposed to becheese sauce... My upgraded mac-n-cheese was cold. 8-10 min later after we were finally checked on I said I'd just take thevegetable which was green beans. So when they came out the wonderful cook kept them in the microwave for 2 min... Empty ice teasat on the edge of the table while server came by 3 times. Finally I had to stop her to ask for refill... Once the raw burgerwas pointed out she said she was gonna take it off. BUT if we wanted a burger to go she'd take care of it for all theprobelms.... NOPE there was 2 on the bill. She said she'd have to have the manager come out... The "manager" came out from theback & said "yeah I was told there's a problem" SMH Yes weren't not paying for the burger meal. My wife and I stopped for lunch on our road trip through Indiana. Our food was pretty good, considering the amount of change... Applebee's has undergone as a company... the only negative thing was our chips brought out for the artichoke dip was very stale.Our waitress brought out fresh chips and we thanked her as we could tell the difference. I believe that as long as an error isfixed through customer service a place should get a good review. My meal was the lime chicken with cheese topping along withrice. Only reason for 2 star was the staff was amazing. Ribs barley had any meat on them, the BBQ sauce was more honey then bbq,my... wife ordered chicken brocali Alfredo the chicken was over salted. In all the food was not very good. Read more
The food is absolute trash. Pretty sure the only reason the franchise is still in business is due to the wait staff. Which is... the only reason this place is getting 3 stars instead of 1. No one ate their food at my table. Ribs, alfredo and the orientalsalad, gross and completely different from one another, yet, strangely have the same effect on people. Read more
