It was a long wait for dinner but they did the best they could with a short staff, food good as always....
This was not a very enjoyable experience. I ordered 2 meals to go after working a long shift at the hospital. I ordered a... potroast meal and tge steak me.. the potroast was barely enough for 3 bites of meat! Unbelievable and the steak i ordered medand IT WAS LITERALLY RAW THRU THE WHOLE INSIDE!! This is the worst ran restaurant I have ever visited. The girl running the front of the house literally ignored every single... person in line. 8 of us originally and then more came in after. Kept her back to us and rolled silverware. Finally she askedsomeone through the carry out window if she could go on wait & then turned around and said it would be a 15-20min wait. We hadbeen in line and been ignored for that long already. Everyone but one couple left. The manager had even come out at one point,last name Gibson, to help with a carry out order and was rude to her employee and also ignored every single person in line! Ittakes effort to run a place this badly! The absolute worst BE around! Your staff is absolutely awful! Close your doors if thisis the way you?re going to treat your costumers. Went to Warsaw BE and had great service and food! Should have went there firstbut we were in Plymouth already for another reason and decided to try and give Plymouth BE another chance. Huge mistake! Was a good, inexpensive breakfast..at senior prices..
We waited over an hour and a half to be seated and get our food. The staff couldn?t be less accommodating. The restaurant was a... mess with dirty tables that sat from before we even arrived. We won?t be back. Read more
We had a party of eight and arrived about noon. We were seated quickly, and drinks were ordered and delivered and our food... orders taken. The food was served hot and everyone enjoyed their meals. We highly recommend their BLT sandwich with the addedfried egg! Also, the strawberry French toast was a hit with us, too. Our server was attentive, but didn't hover. We enjoyed ourvisit today! Nice cozy place to dine that was quite popular the morning we ate there. The food was pretty good overall. Their hash browns... were GOOD, their bacon in the omelet was not crispy bacon but bacon bits, & their eggs were not bad. Orange juice was not sogreat, & the mushrooms inside the omelet were way undercooked. My main disappointment was that there was no spinach in myomelet & I was told they would put fresh spinach. I didn't complain about it, but I was still charged extra. I was then toldup front while paying that they hadn't used spinach in quite a while. Overall, ok place to eat - maybe not for my birthdayagain. Read more
This Bob Evans in Plymouth Indiana is way much better than the one in South Bend. The hostess we had at the Plymouth Bob Evans... was top-notch very kind, and the service and atmosphere was great. My wife and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner there and willgo back next year. And by the way last year we had Thanksgiving dinner at the Bob Evans in South Bend and it was a disaster. Read more
