Just shut down already. The staff (employees AND managers of every level) are lazy and THAT is what causes the horrendous wait... times. I couldn't even get my son breakfast before school because of the incompetence of the staff creating lines that Icould've had cleared out in five minutes. Just. Shut. Down. Plymouth would be better off with its 100th auto parts store thanthis trash excuse of a BK. Read more
Every time I go to the Burger King in Plymouth In, you wait no joke 5 minutes for someone to even say I?ll be right with you... when I?m all honesty they wait another 2-3 minutes to get back with you then The guy that usually takes your order is so hatefulhe has no bed side manner at all we won?t say his name but we will call him A so I order my 2 items and I?m behind two othercars so there?s another 10 minutes and then I get to the window and he tells me my total I give him the money and as the windowsome other woman is giving the most evilest look like I stole her cheeseburger. We stopped in for a quick lunch while on the road. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was very clean and the food was fine.... I noticed more people using the drive through instead of eating inside. Read more
Every single time I go to burger King, regardless if it's the drive through or inside, they always take an hour+ to get a small... order done or they get damn near everything wrong. I understand if they are understaffed but it's NOT hard to listen to people,write what they say, and make it. If your out of something then tell the person you're out of said item. The workers are alwayslaughing and playing around while there are cars and people leaving. its mostly night staff that gets things wrong and take 2+hours to do litterally anything. Read more
Waited 8 minutes to order. Took 24 minutes to get food once ordered. One of the employees keeps complaining about stuff. Do... yourself a favor and go to Culver's across the street. Would rate zero stars if possible. Read more
The wait time, everytime, is ridiculous. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and a shake. Currently 25 minutes in the drive through.... There was only 2 cars ahead of me when I started. Needs some serious work on their pace. I ended up pulling up to the front andgoing in and asking for my order. Read more
Went a few weeks ago and was told it would be a 25 minute wait with only 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru. We said that was fine... and decided to wait anyway. It ended up being only 10 minutes from ordering to getting our food and the line went pretty quick.we were pretty much told about the wait because people don't want to work and do their job and they don't want people comingthrough the drive thru. so if you're told that there will be a long wait, just wait anyway because it actually won't be thatlong LOL.
