Excellent customer service!!! It was a lunch date with my 2 almost 3 year old son and he dropped his scoop cup on the floor as... we were leaving. One of the employees came out into the dining room concerned about what had happened. Asked if he dropped thewhole thing. I responded yes worried he was upset that he had a mess and instead offered to get him a new one free of charge.This made my sons day when the gentleman gave him a new cup of ice cream. He was literally jumping up and down in excitement.I'm beyond impressed with the employees there. Don't get me wrong i like DQ but this place is so much better. Food and servicewise. Interacted with at least 5 people and all were extremely nice and friendly! Food was perfect. Chicken tenders and Butter Burger... and now concrete mixers are solid and perfect! Inside very nice! overall great! Cody is a great manager, cashier, andhospitable! Read more
Plymouth Culver's was very clean and well staffed on Sat., even with a bus full of baseball players. Nice choice in menu items.... I had the chicken finger basket and it was delicious. Then had a turtle sundae to finish my meal. Definitely will be goingback!! Read more
One of the better Culvers locations for fresh food and good service. However, one suggestion for improvement.. (the gal working... the window named Jessica) they need to replace with someone else at the window! She seems to have very difficult time performingthe necessary tasks of this position. Since she has been placed there, all orders have had an issue.. value baskets missingfries, concrete mixers coming out late and wrong. She has forgotten to give us a number for our car... when we ask for items tobe fixed she cannot do so and she asks to see our bags and then fingered though the food, handing it back..many mistakes arehindering the 5 stars they had when they opened... They need someone else working the window!!!! Other than that one problem,they have great service! Read more
My daughter is special needs and had never been there before. New places are always hard for her. The young lady that took our... order noticed my daughter was struggling but told her how well she was doing. She also told her that she experiences sensoryoverload sometimes too. New staff almost got our order right. Ordered 2 "basket" meals. A small and medium butter-burger single on each basket .... Received 2 small drinks, 2 small fries and both baskets had doubles. Hesitated to bring it up because we ended up ahead but hadto pay the upcharge because of the double burgers. Brought it up to a more senior member of staff and shortly they refunded thedifference between what was ordered and what we paid. NICE! Burgers were great. I thought they (the doubles) were adequatesized... wife thought they were very big. If this is what fresh tastes like, I like it. Don't be afraid of the crowds, they haveplenty of help right now. Don't forget to patronize BK across the street. They need your love too. Read more
