Terrible and very rude workers. They messed up my order that I spoke to them through the drive thru and were rude when I asked... if they could repeat my order because it was wrong. They said they didnt have time to repeat my order to me. I went inside toget buffalo sauce right after because they forgot it as well and an old lady said she didnt want to deal with me and didnt helpme. Very sad. Never coming back to this McDonalds. I went through to get some supper. I ordered 2 bigmacs, 5 double mcdoubles and 2 more mcdoubles without pickles. All of the... mcdoubles only had one patty. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and called them up. They informed me that i would be inthe book to have my order remade the next time I went through there. I came in there the next night and they basically called mea liar, said they didn't have me down in the book and none of the managers knew anything about it. They said that they would notmake it right and I was just out of all the money I spent on substandard food. I will be calling back in the morning to speakwith the store manager, however, I am hopefull but am also realistic as i have heard many other similar horror stories aboutthis location. I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone.... Buyer Beware..... Eat at your own risk, and for God sakesdon't make the same mistake I did....check and unwrap your food before you leave the drive-through. Read more

Rude manager, slow service. We got here about 25 minutes before the lobby closed. After we got our food we sat down and ate. I'd... say about 30 seconds after we got done eating the manager yelled from behind the counter that the lobby was now closed and weneed to leave. I told my kids to come on as they were getting refills because the manager obviously doesn't like her job and wascomplaining to another employee about having to wipe stuff down again. I told my kids to hurry up once again and because my wifeand I used to work at McDonald's years ago that the way the manager yelled for everyone to leave is not the way she should havedone that. I am a dining coordinator at a facility and have been in food service for 26 years and she was being rude. As I waswalking out of the lobby door she said "have a good night and go complain somewhere else" sad to see how she represents yourcompany and company employee standard of customer service especially because she is part of the management team. Excited about the steak bagles being back? Don't bother coming here. They literally ruined 2 of the 4 i ordered. We were all... disappointed per usual! Plus our hash browns were soggy. Doesn't hep that there's always that older lady who had her hands inher pants while serving you your food. (Complained about how unsanitary that is, but obviously not a problem to them.) staff isrude when you let them know the order is wrong, just always a terrible experience. Read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds on planet earth. These people WILL NOT WORK!! Every meat they have is dried out or burnt!... Whatever you plan to order just know that you are playing Russian roulette, because you get what you get with them. The last 7times I have went, didn?t get the right order. Their bathrooms are atrocious! There?s a giant puddle being ignored in front of the drink and ice station. 3/4 employees didn?t... have a mask on- the one who did was cooking and wearing it improperly (under his nose) It took them 40 MINUTES to prepare ourorder, that we get in 10 or less at any other McDonald?s. The worst part was my sons quarter pounder was still frozen ???? Dueto their absurd sign about not photographing and recording I have blacked out the ladies face, but she in fact did not have hermask on. Read more

Three times in the last two days I have pulled away from the drive through lane because it?s so slow. Thinking it might be... faster to go in, I ended up waiting way too long for a soft drink only order (10+ minutes). Not coming back anymore. Friday atdinner time nobody at the counter and no noise of people trying to fill orders. Read more
