While this is a bit off the beaten path for me, because i love a long way from here, it was a delightful dining experience. I'll... call it casual fancy. Think country club without the total stuffiness. Everyone in our party loved their food. Salad, shrimppasta, macadamia crusted salmon and smoked ribs (that was my order, though i nearly got the bison meatloaf, which our serversaid we also outstanding). I ordered the ribs because i could get half a rack and didn't want to be a total glutton. ???? Whilei wasn't overly impressed with the coleslaw, the ribs were outstanding. They wear smoked and barbecued, super tender. Iliterally ate them with a fork and knife because the meat just slid right off the bone. If you happen to be passing through ournear Plymouth Indiana, this is one have of recommend checking out. Since i have reason to be in the area again I'll be goingback to try that bison meatloaf.
