Arrived for dinner on a Sept 24th. Thrilled they weren't busy because every other restaurant was. Now I know why... Waited... to be seated for longer than expected. I gave the couple behind us menus since we were all waiting...and waiting. Finallyseated. The couple behind us were seated a few minutes later. Yet, they were given bread, had their drinks served before we even knew who our server was. We asked a waiter if we could get some service. He graciously agreed we would then went over tothe other couple and took their order. I've worked in the food industry and this was beyond embarrassing for the profession. We left and had a great experience at Ocho Cafe. Night and Day experience. If the owner is reading this, don't reply with yoursympathetic response asking us to try again. I love going to this bertucci's to meet with friends, the staff are accommodating and very nice. The chefs do a great job and... seem to care about their job. It's a good location to stop by some stores while you are there too. Can't go to a bertucci'swithout getting some rolls, they are the best! Read more
My experience was a little frustrating, I understand Tues are a busy night for you guys but when I arrived to get my food I did... not get It right away when It should have already been done and It was already paid for. One of the girls at the counter askedfor my name and I told her and she did not see my order was there.She did not tell me we are still waiting on It or anything andproceeded to Ignore me and help the next customer. So I kindly asked Is my order done yet the other girl that was at the countervery nicely helped me and gave me my food It was there the whole time I said thank you and she said have a good night.I believesome of the staff should be trained better In customer service. Also I ordered the baked rigtoni with meatballs and I receivedthe rigatoni abruzzi Instead Of what I ordered It was good but It was not what I ordered and I believe staff needs to be trainedbetter on what Is on there menu so they don't give their customers the wrong meal. First day of 1980s menu last week was great. Ordered antipasto which was delicious. Ordered same thing today from same menu and... it was horrible --- no coldcuts whatsoever, and no olives. Bertucci's was NOT CONSISTENT and lured people in under falsepretenses. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BERTUCCI'S! Read more
The only reason it doesn't get one star is the waitress was great. The food is terrible. Baked Rigatoni with Meatballs had 1... small chunk of meatball in it. Everything was bland. Read more
Ate at Bertucci's with my pain in the butt husband today. There was no more tiramisu so we settled for a double chocolate torte.... Their sauce aka gravy was most definitely fresh and made from scratch. Everything was good! They don't have a big menu but it'sworth going to. ???? Read more
