The steak in the fajitas looks like grey dog food. Shrump were baby sized. We were in a large party and they only staffed 1... person for us. Some mistakes on orders. Food arrived late for some people. Place is seriously mismanaged. At least it was closeto the hotel. Read more

Just placed an order of the buffalo chicken on a salad and a Ribeye for my husband. The order was ready really fast and we... thought that was strange. When we got home his steak is totally raw We ordered at 2:02 and order was ready at 2:12 Salad wasfine. Raw medium cooked steak Didn?t Feel like going all the way back so threw it in the air fryer. If i could give a half a star i would i called ahead of time and placed my order there was no line when i went to pick up,... nobody had greeted me at all so i looked around about 4-5 employees saw me but noone said anything to me, then two employeescome around the corner with plates say hi and continue walking past me , still im standing there after about 10-15 minutes ifinally got tired of waiting for someone to come out so i walked to the door of the kitchen and had to yell for someone to comecash me out and when they did they huffed and puffed the whole times while cashing me out, this was the worst experience iveever had there, the girl didnt even bother to look at me while she was cashing me out said she was busy in the back with things,i had been there for a while, maybe a bell at the counter for pick ups? I showed up twenty minutes prior to them closing and immediately when I walked in they greeted me with ?excuse me, we?re... closed?. When I reminded them that they close at midnight they just simply told me, ?Sorry, I said we?re closed. Bye!? I was alittle baffled; I just turned around and left. This location has very poor customer service and they clearly had littleincentive to do their job. As of note, they were all gathered around the bar and appeared to be socializing with one another. Itfelt as though I intruded on their social hour and they didn?t want to stop to do their job. As someone who also works in theservice industry, I was very disappointed. "Sorry about that" -was all the waitress had to say when I told her the lettuce was brown. Never offered a new salad, just... walked away. Burger was fine but the attitude left a lot to be desired. Read more
Great margaritas! Very good guacamole, chips could improve (over saturated/oil). Great food and service!!! Small issues =... Mistake with the check. Realized the issue after I had already paid the check. I was charged full price on the starters, entreesand dessert. I choose the ?$25 meal for two? special. Manager was not on site to fix the issue today. I was told they willrefund me the difference in 1 week. Read more
The salad was terrible. Completely wilted and old lettuce. Lack of dressing. The chicken crispers were good. Queso was horrible.... Half way through our meal it started smelling of vomit. No music even playing so you could basically hear everything everyone inthe restaurant said. Our waitress was great! Read more
