Went here around 2pm for lunch on Thursday. Walked in and saw 4 people working. They told me they were only taking mobile... orders, which was annoying but whatever so I tried to order online but my app wouldn?t work no matter what I did. I reinstalled,updated and also restarted my phone. Nothing would work. So I asked one of the workers if I could potentially order with them,and they gave me so much attitude and motioned about how they clearly didn?t have enough food to stock the front line and hewouldn?t do anything to help me. Very rude. This was the second and last time I went to this one and will never be coming back.They?re always closed, or just don?t have food. Absolutely ridiculous. Update 8/26/22 This place has still hasn?t recovered from Covid era staffing issues. You?ll generally see only 2-3 people... working behind the counter here regardless of the time of day, and nobody seems to be in a rush to get anything done. Thisobviously isn?t the fault of the workers, but a management issue. The Taco Bell down the road has the same issues, but theChic-fil-a 300ft away runs like a well oiled machine and is always fully staffed. It won?t be long before incompetent managementshuts this place down. The picture is of customers waiting for food they ordered online. My online order was placed at 1:25pmand was ready at 1:54pm. WORST LOCATION. I travel for a living so I eat out all the time and Chipotle is always my go to. Not anymore. They were OUT... of PEPPERS AND ONIONS!!!! THEN o tried ordering chips and queso...questions.... they were OUT OF CHIPS. STAY AWAY FROM THISLOCATION AND SAVE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Read more

Stay far, far away. Took 40 minutes to get a single burrito bowl. Staff was rude and did not have any sense of urgency to do... their job in a timely manner. Absolutely the worst chipotle experience I've ever had! I think my salad had 8 pieces of lettuce total. And they didn't give me... any dressing. See photos. We ordered 2 quesadillas with salsa, well apparently they're OUT of red salsa...at chipotle. And theyweren't even going to tell me until I asked for the salsa. In addition, the order wasn't ready for 15 minutes passed the time itwas supposed to be ready and while I waited I watched as one of the workers dropped a tortilla, caught it with her leg, then putit back on the pile of tortillas to be used. I?m from Denver where Chipotle originated. It?s always the first place I go when I visit home. This Chipotle should not even be... considered a Chipotle! My shoes were sticking to the floor as I waited in line. The counters were dirty with food everywhere.Tables were not cleared or cleaned. People were complaining about food they ordered online. Only person waiting on people andalso had to cash people out. I know everyone is understaffed, but this made for a very overworked and unhappy employee. And?theydidn?t have any chips. Look at my other reviews. A one star is rare and well deserved. I would love for this Chipotle to besuccessful because I love Chipotle!!! Read more
Constantly a sub par experience. Don?t order through the app as it will always be at least 20 minutes late. Last time I went the... burrito was half the size it usually is. Their ice & drink machine is constantly broken, and last time they were out of chips.For the price I?ll go back to Moes as it?s better food, service, and cheaper. Read more
