Very disappointed in management. Called to ask a very simple but important question, the manager decided to escalate there tone... in an angry manner and turned the question into an argument. Rather than just answer a very simple question. Alot of thesemanagers need a wakeup call. I don't know if dunking donuts chooses women with attitude problems on purpose or what but it getstiring. Frequent turnovers of staff make quality vary greatly along with speed of your order. If I desperately need food I'll go here,... but Commerce Way down the road has better options and the airport strip has other options as well. Read more
The staff are always so happy and welcoming. The coffee is also always on point too. The morning crew is the best, you got Sam... and the manager but there are two or three others that work mornings that are awesome. Read more
Small shop inside a grocery store, as the staff was friendly and helpful. My hazelnut coffee was decent which is a pleasant... surprise. Most shops Don't give a hoot about that kind of coffee. One real minus was a very small area to sit and enjoy. Read more
On par with the review below me, always out of cold Brew, espresso machine is always down. Cheekie is right they always get half... your order correct then you have to re-order the other half. Read more
Whenever I order something other than just a coffee it's never a part of my price, i had to tell them at the window that i asked... for something else as well ie. a bagel. Also they only make your coffee right 25% of the time. Not to mention half the peoplethat work there are rude af. Read more
This is by far the worst dunkin donuts around. I dont know why they bother to ask you to repeat because they still screw it up.... They are slow spend to much time gabbing to know whats happening around them. Its just ridiculous! To bad closest one to me???? Read more
I go here very often and they are always soo nice and working very hard. My only problem here is that any time I order a donut I... have to remind them to give it to me and it's always in the bag frosting down. All the frosting comes off onto the bag so Iprobably will be going to another dunks if I want a donut from now on. Read more
