I have been to this spa and bistro many times over the last few years. We normally have an amazing experience. Yesterday we... spent the day with a spa package and lunch at the bistro. Our lunch was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes for us toreceive our food, even though we were the first group to sit down at 11:30 AM. The server was not knowledgeable about optionsthat are available due to a serious dietary restriction. I called the day before to make sure they would accommodate and no onecalled me back. Many things we were told we are not available, but we saw them on other tables. My mother ordered a burgermedium, which was extremely charred and overdone. I?m extremely disappointed as this used to be a wonderful and yesterday I wasservice was terrible as was most of the food. Read more

This is one of the best restaurants in the area. The menu rotates with the seasons, the wine list is extensive, the service is... spectacular, and the atmosphere takes you to a time of far more sophistication. Dinner is a must. We were also elated from theSunday brunch Read more

I stayed at the Mirabeau spa for several nights this past week and ate at the bistro three times. All three times it was... disappointing I didn?t care for their tomato bisque it was very bland their French onion soup was far from French tasted like acloudy tomato-based soup. I ordered the oysters on my first night and they were still stuck to the shell and they were the mostready oysters I?ve ever eaten when you go to take it off the shell with your mouth I ended up with tons of pieces of shell in mymouth so they weren?t washed ahead of time. It made for a disappointing experience at the spa I had to get pizza by last nightfrom Mamma Mia?s and go to the blueberry muffin for breakfast two different days which we?re all very good and I highlyrecommend them both. We booked a reservation for Father?s Day breakfast and it was just OK. The food was below our expectation for a French bistro... and the description of the items on the menu. The item ?Dad? ordered was unavailable. Hard cooked eggs on eggs Benedict, (bothorders at our table), the omelet was ?so so? according to our diner and the bloody Mary?s were nothing to write about, made witha serious amount of black pepper. Truffle potatoes lacked truffle flavor. Croissants were delicious. The table behind us sentboth food and drinks back to the kitchen/ service was the requisite amount of friendliness. The location is lovely and made upa bit for the meal. Not sure we would go out of our way again to dine here. Though we would come back for the spa. Read more

Everything was so delicious. We had the braised beef short ribs, crispy Brussel sprouts, and shared the spiced pumpkin cake and... apple cider beignets. Read more
