We recently dined at the restaurant on site of Mirbeau called The Bistro. It was my first time there. It was fabulous!! A Very... upscale and elegant place. The staff was very tentative. The food was delicious! They serve the largest popovers that I?ve everseen to everyone. The have honey butter for it that was great! The dessert we all got was to die for! It was a huge ball coveredwith hard chocolate and was topped with a hot caramel sauce, that melted the chocolate! What a treat!! Read more

I had stayed at Mirabeau 4 years ago and it was a gem, reasonably priced and well maintained. Post pandemic it appears to be... struggling while doubling its prices. The spa is excellent. The staff was courteous and the massages top notch. The gym wasgood but the tv does not work. The room was nice but they have no refrigerator. The weak spot was the dining room. Service wasslow the food mediocre. On Thanksgiving the hotel discontinued its room service and bar an hour early without notice. There wasno food on the resort of any kind. Since we had an early afternoon dinner this was problematic. The manager did grant a creditbut the damage was done as we went without any food until the day. If you want to compete with Boston prices or make thiscomparable to other luxury spas, you?re going to need to up your game. Please take this as a constructive criticism. Read more

Mirabeau is simply incredible to say the least! The entire day I felt like a vip. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to... my massage therapist and even the bartender catered to me hand and foot. Everyone was beyond friendly and I even went onthanksgiving and even for a holiday everyone was so lovely! The true star of the day was my massage therapist Jennifer. She isthe best I highly recommend her!! It was my first massage and she made sure everything was going good during my massage. Sheeven offered different techniques to help relieve some knots. She is also a great hype women and made me feel so confident, comfortable and amazing throughout my massage. She made the experience as if you were just hanging with a friend. Overall i hadan amazing time at Mirabeau and will absolutely be back!! Thank you to Jennifer and all of the other wonderful staff members whomade my thanksgiving one I will never forget! Read more

I have been going to Mirbeau for at least last 4 years, and always loved my experience. Not this time. I got a facial which was... great, and a massage which was the worst massage I had ever gotten. It is very upsetting considering how much they have raisedtheir prices. I had booked a Deep Tissue. My therapist's name was Ana. Well what I got was about a bottle of CBD oil on me andsome head rub. I could not wait for it to be over so I could wash all of it off me. She applied no pressure what so ever andjust kept rubbing more and more oil on me. I will definitely think twice before going back there again after this money waste. Read more

Most of the staff was warm and welcoming. The first person we met, however was harsh and demanding. Her tone was abusive. She... gave us a tour of the spa and I was almost afraid to continue with my massage therapist. Something tells me she?s been reportedpreviously. Otherwise .the staff was truly excellent. Lovely meals and gorgeous grounds. The glasshouse was the best. Thanks toall who did pamper us on our special occasion. Read more

I used to LOVE coming here as a special treat, but their new policies make it impossible. Spa treatments are reserved for... guests, so good luck to locals who have supported the business for years, even during Covid. If you are lucky enough to get amid-week massage 12 weeks out, you have to pay a 50% deposit on your bookings (this is new, and a lot), and the concierge makesyou feel very unwelcome. I've spent thousands here over the years and at this point don't ever want to go back, even if Icould. Read more

Beautiful spa in Plymouth. Quiet, clean, awesome for a weekend get away. I wouldn't suggest to bring kids. Even though kids are... accepted. Prices are a little high but, for the rest, it is totally worth it. No smoking or vaping policy. live music in theafternoons. Rooms are spectacular and very comfortable. King size bed and a very big tub. The spa is GREAT. Read more

I was a little disappointed in a couple things. The overall building was beautiful, the staff was very kind. However, during our... visit, I went an hour before my significant other, while I was waiting for her, I was sitting in the relaxation room. Evidentlyit was close to closing time (9pm) and the young associates were eager to get out of there and started cleaning and making a lotof noise around 815-820, so relaxing there was out of the question. Also, the steam room was down which was a HUGE draw for me.I feel like I should have been given notice at check in and offered to reschedule. So that was a big negative for me. As I said, the staff was generally lovely, but during my massage, I had requested a deep tissue. It was not deep. I asked for morepressure, however, it just wasn't there, but the therapist was a lovely person. I really liked her, the massage just wasn'tsatisfactory. So an overall rating out of 10? clean building 2 points, steam room down 0/2, friendly staff,2, massage 1/2,relaxing 0/2. overall 5/10 on this visit. Read more
