We came here for dinner a couple of months ago because it was the only restaurant the kids could agree on. The table behind us... was being cleared noisily and aggressively by the bus boy. I think he slammed and clicked every piece of glass, flatware andserve ware he could get his hands on. The table and the tablet had a weird stickiness/coating to it that made me feel theyweren't clean. Our server was an older guy who had far too many tables. He was rushing around like a maniac and would disappearfor long time periods. The shrimp in my scampi was spongy. It was much better reheated as leftovers which makes me think that itwasn't cooked enough. Lots of salad and breadsticks go wasted at this restaurant. Totally fine is you are ok with chainrestaurants that focus on volume vs quality and if you are going out to dinner with kids. Otherwise this place is just meh. Read more

Soup Peach & Raspberry Ice Tea House Salad Breadsticks This is my first time at Olive Garden in over 35 years. I use to go herewith my mother when I was younger, but there's not one around where I live so, I stopped in today for lunch while I was visitingPlymouth. With the high winds and chilly like weather in the month of May, soup, salad and breadsticks sounded like a greatidea. First off Katrina G. was my waitress she was AWESOME! She was friendly, professional, courteous, kind & helpful. Mybreadsticks were a bit hard so she brought me fresh new hot ones right from the oven. I had the minestrone soup since I'm apescatarian. The soup was amazing one of the best I've ever had. The salad was delicious and the dressing superb. The peach &raspberry ice tea was yummy. The restaurant was extremely clean and neat as well as the womens restroom. Overall, myexperience was great. I will go here again. Highly recommend.... ask for Katrina G. to be your waitress! Had some amazing eats out here, it was a long drive but it was worth it, and the price wasn't that bad either, especially for... the quality. Service was excellent, I have a little bit of trouble speaking up and the waitress was very accommodating andbeyond friendly, even joking with our friends! Definitely would go again if I got the chance! Read more
I arrived at Olive Garden in Plymouth (had a reservation- called twice to make sure) for a party of 16, and DIANE the front desk... lady kept "arguing" with me that did NOT have the reservation. She looked at my eyes twice and said: NO, no table for you!! Icould see the Pleasure she had to say that! It was AWFUL!! I called the manager, having a panic attacking already, my party of16 was about to arrive, manager got there, got the book behind the desk and found my reservation. DIANE never apologized oranything. HORRIBLE employee. Disrespectful and unprofessional. People like that should NEVER work at a restaurant. Like my 8year old said: Mom, she looks like a witch. I think she is a witch!!! She almost ruined my night. But I am way better than thatpoor sole. I learned my lesson. Olive Garden never again. I am so thankful and grateful to be around so many places to choosefrom. Bye DIANE!
