Very happy with the customer service at this location. On a very busy night, Joey went out of his way to make sure every... customer was being helped but somehow we got home without a part of our order. Food was horrible. Everyone seemed so depressed and sad. We were the only ones there. Restaurant was run down. This is what... happens when people stop focusing on what made them great many years ago. And what's with the rolling music sampling. It changesabout every ten seconds. Niel diamond one second then suddenly music you would hear in a Mexican restaurant then some rap musicto top it off. Not sure why they are still in business. Ordered delivery online said going to get food at 730pm never showed up so now 820 I called no one answered tried bunch of times... now it's 830 I drive there didn't want to but my family needed diner got there was just leaving store. She only took offdelivery charge said we were busy and food wasn't good either so we ate dinner at 9pm couldn't believe it. If they just pick upphone and said running late I would of been fine with that little mad but aleast know what was going on. That place has gonedownhill fast. Read more
Came in on my lunch break, I have not been here in years. Lately everywhere I go in everyone is short staffed, and the staff are... usually not as friendly due to being over worked while understaffed! The man at the counter was SO friendly! Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:19. Estimated pickup time was 6:49. Got there at 6:50. Paid and then found out they hadn't even started my... order. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Minimal apology. Plenty of other pizza shops nearby. Read more

The manager and his assistant took great care of my party today! They had 8 large pizzas freshly made ready to go. They had the... system down pat as I watched them take all out of the oven, slice and box with care. They were both very kind and friendly andkept it cool while the phone was ringing off the hook. They even thought to offer extra plates and napkins. It was clear howthey take pride in their work and customers. Outstanding service! This is our now go -to Papa Gino's location. Great pizza too!
