Wife and I came Saturday evening around 7:30pm. Had a much better experience here than previous experiences I've had at the Red... Robin which recently closed in Braintree. Plenty of parking, nice thematic decor and the place was very clean. Waitress was verypersonable and attentive (receipt says her name is Korrie). The food came out quickly, everything was hot and she offered torefill our side salads just before we had run out. All around excellent and hope to be back. Read more

Sat at the bar. According to hostess it was very busy for them. After talking to bartender/waitress, we found that the whole... restaurant only had her and another waitress waiting tables and handling the bar. She was extremely pleasant and even though hehad tables on the other side of the restaurant, she was very attentive. Restaurant nice, Food was good, prices ok. Server was impatient, although the dining room was 95% empty she remarked to another... server as we left, "I thought they would never leave". Been part of the rewards program for years and recently came to this restaurant to redeem a reward for a free burger. Got to the... restaurant over an hour before closing, barely any cars in the parking lot, nearly the entire restaurant was empty. Afterwaiting nearly 5 minutes for someone to come greet us, we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait to be seated (despite, onceagain, 99% of the restaurant?s tables being vacant). Needless to say, we didn?t wait and were seated immediately at aneighboring restaurant. My free burger reward also expired because of this which leaves me little desire to return. Read more

Recent visit, staff was great, but there wasn't enough to handle a Friday night. The wait to be seated was long even though... there were empty tables. Bartender was waiting on tables because they were short staffed. Honestly the staff couldn't havebeen nicer, but my burger was actually cold (fries were hot) and by the time they brought a new one my husband was finishedeating. So I took it home. Read more

i ordered delivery via doordash. thank you for getting everything with my order exactly correct, and for going above & beyond in... offering a variety of burger customization options. the fact that i can substitute a veggie patty for any burger on the menu isamazing. the burgers themselves were so so delicious. i ordered the banzai burger and master cheeseburger, both with veggiepatties. they were flavorful and piled high with toppings and sauce. the steak fries were also very good. in addition i ordereda house salad with salsa ranch dressing, and that dressing was a total highlight! sadly they were not offering shakes thatnight but i look forward to ordering again or even coming in person so i can enjoy the shakes as well, in addition to thefantastic burgers. thanks very much for being so accommodating to my vegetarian dietary preference!
