This location has come a long way in the past few years. I hadn?t ordered from here in a long time due to poor customer service... & slow service. The last two times I?ve gotten food here I?ve been pleasantly surprised! I use the mobile app and picked upin-store, which saves lots of time. Read more

It kills me, but this place hasn?t been doing good in years. Slow, understaffed, and unfortunately even when it?s not busy at... all the food is still made with sub-par effort. My Cheesy Gordita crunch 3-chz was straight up just not melted on a dozenoccasions. I don?t know if I blame the staff, or corporate, just being cheap and barely motivating. Unfortunately though, if yawant Taco Bell, stray away from this location if possible. Read more

The laziest Taco Bell ever. They wanted to leave early on a Saturday night to do God knows what and they closed over 20 minutes... early. Yes I am upset because I just drove a half hour. They should not be closing 20 minutes on a Saturday Taco Bell managersdo better. Read more

Dining room not open upon arriving Labor Day. 10 min wait in drive thru only to receive poorly wrapped food and stale Chalupa.... Filling was fine but staleness of chalupa wrap made it basically inedible. Tacos were soggy and dripping on the bottom fallingapart before being able to eat. Also watched through the drive thru window as one employee was cleaning the ceiling. Sprayingcleaning fluid and wiping dust off ceiling tiles right over food prep ovens and close to other employee that was preparing foodand another packing it. Won't be returning to this location ever. For the $23 I wasted for 2 meals I could've sat somewhere andhad a decent lunch without trying to juggle poorly wrapped food from spilling all over my car and wondering if it was full ofcleaning chemicals and dust Read more

Ive been to this location 3 times over the last couple of months, unfortunately its the closest taco bell to my home. they... always tell me its gonna be a 30+ minute wait, that the fryer is broken (for the last 2 months apparently). They took my orderas usual today, and then i had to wait 50 minutes for 2 chalupas and 3 soft shell tacos. They ended up giving me 1 chaulpa and4 soft shell tacos, but i didnt want to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct it. Im glad to nevee come to this locationagain. Truley one of the worst Taco Bells out there, its worth the drive to Marshfield to avoid this. Read more

It?s absolutely preposterous that you can?t go inside the restaurant and eat. Only the drive thru is available. I just don?t... understand why we are forced to communicate through a speaker and stay inside our cars in order to acquire food. If this becomesthe standard I will refuse to give my business to these corporations. We are becoming drone/robots. Forced to communicatethrough technology. Also the service was terrible. An all around terrible experience. Shame on me for eating Taco Bell to beginwith. This can?t continue to be the standard. Read more

Got here at 8:40, says it closes at 9pm online but sat at the drive through speaker and no one answered so we drove around. Ppl... were there but they were cleaning up. Seems like this is a common thing from these reviews. Kind of sucks since the next closestTaco Bell is another 30 minutes away. Read more

by far the worst taco bell i?ve ever been to. every single time i go i get tacos that have clearly sat out on the line for too... long. i open them as soon as i get out of the drive thru and the bottoms fall off due to sogginess. i also order a crunchwrapand every single time say i have a tomato allergy and remove the tomato?s JUST TO STILL GET FOOD I CANT EAT.
