A few times that I have gone they have forgotten something each time. I did get a large fry on a night I went instead of the... small so I appreciated that error. I ordered a chili salad they forgot the chili and tortilla chips . Received a coupon for my next order. Today I ordered a... bourbon burger and a big bacon burger. They gave me two bourbon burgers one had a plain bun that was supposed to be the baconburger no lettuce tomato or bacon. The buns were stale . Really sucks to have walked all the way down there, excuse me I mean my boy friend had to push me because I am in a wheelchair,... when it says that they are open till 10:00 ?confirmed by the business 4 weeks ago??.. Wasn?t even 9:00 yet and the dining roomwas already closed. I just went in there to pick up an order and was completely embarrassed by the person on the register when I was looking for my... order. Some disabilities are invisible and I feel personally attacked he said ?we?ve already had this discussion? while yellingat me about where the order is, I do door dash and have for a long time and the times I?ve gotten Wendy?s orders they?ve alwaysbeen on the counter and you have to let them know you?re there to get it. I went a while back and he must?ve been the one topoint to the area where the orders are. I feel so attacked and I guess need to push it to my brain even more about this specific Wendy?s (I pick up from many) has a delivery pick up area. My bad.
