As per usual I love this coffee shop. I love the trivia questions and the employees are always very welcoming.
The staff at this location are completely dismissive of peoples orders and preferences. Don?t expect to get Oat milk or... modifications to your breakfast sandwich even though you pay them extra. All the girls working are rude and constantly on theirphone behind the counter. Read more

EDIT: Owner responded and made it right! Got a free frap. Mistakes happen, and I'm glad they responded . Also, they didn't know... they had phone issues. I will be a returning customer. One star : Shorted me on my super Honey Lavender frap (hot) coffee thatI paid over $6.00 for this morning at appropriately 08:15 a.m. EST. Tried calling, and phone rang for two minutes after theinitial " You've reached Biggby Coffee". No one answered. Fool me once, I guess I should stick my finger into my cup to makesure I have what I paid for. Coffee has ZERO honey or lavender flavor/aroma. I've stopped here on othermornings/afternoons/evenings over the past 2-3 weeks with good results. I want Biggby to make it right and compensate me formoney lost. I.e. comp me the same beverage. I could not go back - didn't open lid on highway and I was going to work. I didexpect the phone to be answered. It was not busy when I walked in. No line, one person waiting on one drink. Read more
