I like how you've taken the time to reply, but not taking the time to correct your hours of operation still. Update: store hours... are wrong. Just went by at 8:30 on a Saturday and they are closed on Saturdays. Corporate really needs to step in and fix thisplace. Or shut it down. Be prepared for long lines, slow service, and wrong orders. The last three visits I'll had somethingwrong with the order. Even my smallest of orders which was only two bagels was still wrong. I received a churro instead of abagel. funny thing is two other coworkers went there that morning and they two received churro bagels instead of what theyordered. Furthermore, the app they have till as you place orders ahead and doesn't work. It's your only real option for gettinga quick bite to eat for breakfast is to go somewhere else. Read more

Just went to get a coffee and bagel. The girl at the drive thru window was very rude. I was given a coffee that was not what I... ordered, and a (hard) plain bagel that was thrown into a pastry bag and wasn?t even wrapped. Very disappointing experience, Iwill not be back. Read more
One of the best locations I?ve been to. The customer service is beyond perfect. The lady taking our order made sure we were or... were not wanting to get all the add one we could. Double checked everything and made sure we were happy. Spoke so clearly thateven I could understand it and I?m 90% def and wearing hearing aids. Only two minus was the little girl making the drinks andorganization. As the little girl was measuring off the milk to use for a Small and Medium hot chocolate.. measured off toolittle so she filled up the medium all the way, and the small one only a quarter ... then filled the rest with cream... while Iwas watching. Lucky to you that I like cream and that I like my drink not too hot..... Secondly there were only 3 employees andtoo many customers. Which resulted in that we had to wait forever, as one person did taking the order and making food. The otherperson was cashing clients out and making food. Food is always good. My service experience has always been very prompt. I always have the same guy makes my Tasty Turkey on a... Asiago bagel,... the thing is I always ask for it without tomatoes and they always put them on there. I think because he'smaking the sandwiches and it's the way it's entered in their register. I make it a point to always tell the person ringing meup, but, not sure it's being conveyed to him correctly. Great Mixed berry smoothie too Read more
