Ignored me in the drive thru for the millionth time. If you want people to come in simply put a sign up. Watched other people go... inside and then leave while I sat there. Went inside and there's four people standing around. Read more
We have been customers of Einsteins for years. What happened to their regular Cream Cheese? What they give you now is horrible... in the container!!!! We buy the bagels but have to run to Kroger and buy Philadelphia Cream cheese. Even one of their employeessaid many customers have complained even her own family. Please explain. Read more
I have been coming to this Einsteins for years. Unfortunately, lately it has been on a fast downward spiral. Today I am giving... 1 star because the cream cheese on my bagel was like Elmer's glue. I love the bagels here and I?m so happy the drive thru is back open. However, what I?m kinda put off by is that when I pay at... the window now, the associate takes my card by hand to run it and afterwards puts the credit card machine out the window askingfor a tip with the machine. I have never seen this at any other drive thru. Maybe the employees need a pay increase becauseasking for a tip this way is beyond tacky to say the least. Read more
For the most part its really good. They honor the reward system. Canton center never ask so I would say this place is a 4.3
