Food is always great. Pies fantastic. Food deserves 5 stars. One employee can ruin a whole business . Today instead of coming... in to order. I made a order on door dash and picked up that way. I checked my food before leaving and noticed that I requestedmy Mayo on the side but it was already on the sanwich. As nice as I could ask I told the nice young lady at the front .i toldher the receipt says that the sauce should be on the side. She looked it over and said that she would get it fixed. She went tothe sandwich station and told the guy. He yelled ?it is on the side? the entire store was now looking to see what happened.which was very embarrassing. But quickly she corrected him and told him it was not on the side she looked. He then said oh Ithought you meant the salad dressing. THE RUDE GUYS NAME IS CHRIS, and is the manager, which is awful. GET RID OF HIM. He is nota good representation of the quality business and food here. Not the first time he has been rude but this time he earned areview. I apologized to the staff because at that point I felt bad. I drive from 35mins away to come to this location. I thinkI?ll go to Ann Arbor from now on. It?s unfortunate because I like this location. My favorite place to eat: Period! DELICIOUS food,.Great staff, in a cheery inviting and smartly-maintained eating environment!... Special high marks to Nancy, who is consistently attentive and always makes guests feel welcome. I decided to try a slice of the apple pie and the banana cream pie. The apple pie was out of this world!! The banana cream pie... was not impressive. I ended up purchasing 2 whole apple pies over the course of the weekend because they were so awesome! Thebanana cream pie had huge banana chunks with very little cream filling. In addition, the whipped cream should have been richeras it tasted kinda blah. Read more
I prefer this place to Panera but don't have one close to my home. Everything I have tried was wonderful. My go to is the chose... 2 that you get half salad or sandwich or cup of soup. I love the Hudson Maurice and lobster bisque. The half of salad makes ameal for me. Only problem I have is the small cups and Pepsi products. I took a star off for that. Wish they would open morelocations nearer to Detroit or the older ring suburbs. Read more
My daughter was celebrating her first out of state Thanksgiving so I thought I would surprise her and send her two GTP pies for... dessert. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving came, but the pies never did. Apparently some type of error in GTP's shipping system. Very disappointing. GTP was kind enough to offer me a refund for the pies that never came. Read more
