Wrong sandwich was given for my online order to pick up. I wasted my whole lunch break driving to pick up the food and got back... to work and couldn't eat it. I had added a tip to ther order but what's the point. When I called the store to ask for a refundthey took my name and phone number to get a free sandwich on my next order. No thanks. This is a 2nd time infraction with this location. I ask for two extra mayo packages and when I receive order never in the bag.... Call Courtney (manager) and she wants to argue and tell me a situation she had at McDonald's. I'm calling Jimmy Johns about myorder. Courtney the manager is very rude and no type of customer service. Not allowing me to explaining and consecutively overtalking me. Will never come back this location due to her poor customer service of management!!! Read more
I ordered catering for a baby shower in the fall, and the experience was good. The online ordering system was easy to use, and... the order was ready at the scheduled time. We have ordered a couple of times without issue, but the last time our order was wrong and they were unable to redfund or credit... our order. We are only 4 miles away but they were unable to deliver the correct order. We will be using Detroit Corned Beefnext time. Read more
This is an average Jimmy John's location. Some of the staff was somewhat mixed in terms of customer service when I came in, but... it seems that the manager was very friendly. I'm not a regular Jimmy John's customer because it always surprises me howexpensive the sandwiches are, but worth a try if you haven't been. The store was not busy at all during the evening, and thedining area was clean! Also a note to beware, if you're vegetarian, there's really only one option for you - The Veggie. Love all the employees, so nice and helpful. The restaurant is so clean and sandwiches are always perfect. Their delivery is... freaky fast and perfect every time. I see that their lunches are always busy and they work so hard to get to everyone on time.The managers are all so nice and accommodating!
