This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I have referred so many people to this place, and booked here for my 30th birthday. I... would not want to celebrate anywhere else. We arrived 10 minutes late. I had called ahead to let them know we were arrivinglate. We were then seated only to be told that their kitchen was closed and they would not be able to serve us. My reservationswere for 8:30, they close at 10. It's now 8:50 and I'm sitting in their parking lot and am beyond disbelief that they would ruinmy plans in such a thoughtless way after every person had confirmed i was celebrating. I will make sure none of my family orfriends give these people any business ever again. I genuinely hope whoever made that call never has a happy birthday again andi don't care if that's rude. That was a despicable thing to do to a loyal patron. Do better I'm not able to reply directly toyou but why am I able to make a reservation up until 8:45 if you guys close your kitchen at 8:30? Why was that not communicatedto me when you confirmed I'd be there? I told you I was celebrating my birthday. I also called your restaurant 4 times, nobodyanswered for me to let them know I was a few minutes late. Even now when I tried calling, nobody answers. I’ve visited many times and even ordered to go recently, the service and food are excellent. Always friendly and welcoming and... although the menu is on the small side the dishes are made perfectly. Recommend the risotto, shrimp app, lamb chops and salmondishes. Read more
Excellent food! I am coming from out of town and was looking for a fancier dining experience. I could not have come to a better... establishment! Family owned, you’re bound to run into one of the owners during your time and chat for a bit. The staff is veryattentive and KNOWLEDGABLE - they know the menu like the back of their hand! This restaurant is known for piedmontese beef whichis a muscular species of cow! You must try a steak if you do come but their other entrees are also top notch! Thank you for agreat dinner! Read more
My wife and I celebrated a birthday here and everything was outstanding. I've been to top-tier restaurants in New York, Chicago,... Dallas, and San Francisco, and I would put La Bistecca in the same category with the best of them. The food was perfectlyprepared, and the staff was great. Our waiter Kevin was knowledgeable and efficient. The owner stopped by for a five-minute chatto make sure we were being well taken care of. Read more
Our first time here and they didn't disappoint. Me and my wife were treated like family. Every dish or side was seasoned to... perfection. Portions were more than generous! Service was above par! This place takes care of its guests and I cannot tell youhow amazing the cowboy and the filet was. My wife's was medium rare and mine rare. They were both cooked to perfection! My husband and our son went here the other day and I still cannot stop thinking about our experience here. Wonderful service.... They even gave my son 2 brand new hot wheel toys just to keep him occupied at dinner! We very much appreciated that. The foodwas homemade and absolutely delicious. I have gone here many times. Jerry and his staff especially Michael (our waiter) have always been top notch. They treat you... like it’s your first time every-time. This last time I went there was especially special. I took my mom there for preMother’s Day dinner. Mom had been craving Eggplant Parmesan and Jerry and his staff made it happen even though it wasn’t onthe menu. La bisteca is a rare gem of culinary arts and a world class wait staff. Read more
