Ordered pickup. Missing a mini greek salad with chicken kabob dinner. Pita was dry. Chicken Pita sandwich was hard and the... breaded chicken was just breading. This was unusual for Leo's. This is our first bad experience. Usually everything is hot andfresh. UPDATE: Sam the owner had the complete order remade at no cost with his sincere apologies the next day. Coney food with related prices and expectations. As long as you order ahead, especially during busy hours like at lunch time... you should be good. They are good about being accurate about your order which is appreciated!! Read more
Such a great Business! Great food , every time ! Place is very clean , workers are very attentive and friendly. Eat there time... to time when am in that area , absolutely addicted to their Chicken Greek salad. Just ordered their Chicken Steer Fry and lovedit ! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a veggie stir fry and a chicken stir fry for my mom and I, it was burnt,... flavorless, barely had any veggies in it or chicken. I called to complain and was told I had to either bring the food back upthere or I could get 10% off my next meal..... Seriously???!!! 10% off.... Why should I have to drive back up there with highgas prices when you guys don't know how to NOT burn food. Not only that, but I would have to wait for the food to be made again.This place is a joke with horrible customer service. I've been going to the Leo's off of haggery and Ann arbor road for over adecade and I get the chicken stir fry 90% of the time and it has always been made very very well. I do NOT recommend going to tothis place, and of you do check your food before you leave, and definitely taste it. The owner of this place should be ashamedoffering 10% off your next meal when it's their fault my food is messed up. Try getting a book and putting people's names in itand FULLY replacing the meal. Horrible horrible customer service, steer clear of this place unless you enjoy burnt flavorlessfood. ????
