Couldn?t imagine customer service getting any worse. Went into the lobby for dine in. Stood at the register with nobody else in... line and was ignored by every employee for 10 minutes until the manager came to take our order. Finally got to order and theywere sold out of the adult happy meals. After the order was placed it took over 25 minutes for the food to be ready and wewatched people who came in after us obtain their food. A guy next to me was given his food but then stood there waiting another10 minutes for a coffee. When we finally received our food it was in a to go bag even though we said dine in. Have to say I've been going here for a few weeks maybe in months now almost every single day then the lady in the delivery part... of the drive-through who episode the assured Indian lady has to be the rudest woman on the planet and she seemingly has theinability to be able to wipe pop off a cup no matter what you do if you ask her to do it and she'll cop an attitude if you wanther to do what she'll cop an attitude you don't want her to do it she's still confident attitude so in the end it's kind of likewhy is she the rudest human being in Canton Read more
I didn't mind ordering myself through a touch-screen, though I felt like it took me longer than if I would have talked to a real... person. One bonus, though - by using the screen I realized that I could get a scone apple pie for only 10¢ more. Everythingwas clean and my order was ready quickly. Plus, this location has Vernor's. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Staff was disrespectful towards my sister and told my sister to leave the drive thru.... The old lady at the drive thru would not edit our order. She started cussing my sister out. After that, they threatened mysister to use her license information against her. Never been treated that way. Racist staff! Read more
There are things wrong with this McDonalds and some positive things. They always forget something in my order and they left a... sticker on my hamburger. The tables are always dirty and floor is gummy. The food is always cooked thoroughly but they never putketchup on my burger. Read more
I really don't like Mc Donalds .I ate there just because my coworkers went there. If you compare the size, quality and cost of a... Burguer with Burguer King , Wendys, etc There is no match. Mc Donald quarter pounder is like 3 inch. Diameter with no tomatoesor lettuce. Competitors are better. Bigger and you get a better product for your money. Look at the size of this tinny box. Just went and got the new DCC sandwich and the new Spicy Chicken sandwich. The DDC not bad taste! The spicy not good for me.... The only complain I have is the preparation and the presentation of these sandwiches. I still think with all honesty ChicfilA isjust another level Mcds. ???? Read more
I ordered from here via DoorDash. I ordered $33 worth of food and only received my drinks. Door dasher said that is the only bag... she was given from this McDonald?s. I called the restaurant to find out where the rest of my food is and was told not theirproblem it?s a DoorDash problem. I figured they would notice if my extra DoorDash bags were there or at least look at the tags.I would have even come up to get it myself.
