The restaurant was clean and the service was fairly quick. It was just strange to dine in and never be greeted or even have an... opportunity to speak to an employee. A sign at the register directed us to use a kiosk to order. When our order was ready wereceived a text message to pick it up. No thank you, no enjoy your meal, no thanks for stopping by. Weird. Never ever ever ever answers their darn phone, and out of product often. Nice new establishment not delivering on service. If... you?re out of product so much you should answer your phone so when people call to check your product mix we know if we can comeup and eat or not. Awful Read more

I picked up the wrong order accidentally and when I called, the associate was gracious and kind. I hope the person whose order I... accidentally picked up was nice to the people. I felt awful. They saved my food and I returned to get it. Thank you for beingkind to a busy mom. Read more

Waited 10 minutes in the drive-through for a sandwich, soup, and cookie. They obviously did not check the order, cookie was not... there (forcing me to park and go inside myself) and the french bread loaf was obviously hand-ripped (not cut with a knife). Iwould not recommend this location at all. This has happened to me before (1 year ago) where they forgot my cookies. Read more

Ordered a single bagel and cream cheese to go. Waited 15 mins and it wasn?t even busy. They don?t know what they are doing here.... People are slowly prepping larger meals and nobody took the initiative to just put a bagel in a bag and give it to me. Managerwoman stood there, looked at me multiple times, knew what I ordered and made no attempt to help out. Untrained employees,apathetic managers and nobody engaging the customers as they never acknowledged me standing there waiting to order - again quietSunday morning ??? Bathrooms were dirty like they hadn?t been cleaned in a few days, paper towels roll just left on top ofdispenser.. like they couldn?t be bothered to install it. Bad vibe here? Panera already charges premium prices but their quality& service is worse then a much cheaper fast food place. Whoever runs Panera has never gotten the well trained customer serviceangle down. First time picking up carryout here. Ordered a bread bowl soup amongst other things. After I went home I realized they did not... give me the bread bowl. I came back and stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes. There were plenty of people working insidebut no one was interested in helping me. After I spoke up they gave me the bread for the bread bowl. After I poured in thesoup, it barely filled half the bowl. Now I understand why this place has bad reviews Read more

Glacier slow whether they're busy or not, everyday seems as chaotic as the first day they opened. When online ordering... breakfast, none of the condiments are available. When online ordering lunch, you can get a bagel but no sandwich toppings orget a sandwich but can't select any of the bagels instead of bread. Adding "special notes" to the order are ignored, soordering ahead online isn't an option and despite an option for placing an order over the phone, was told they can't take anorder over the phone. The drive through is usually atleast a 20-40 minute wait and the dining room has been/is still closed forweeks now. This place has been an ongoing dumpster fire since opening. Panera Bread has lost my business, all locations. Won't patronize a place so poorly run/managed. Read more
