The food was great as usual the help left a lot to be desired and it could have used a good cleaning
Ordered a platter and 4 extra subs ,asked for tom.on the side ,they didn't have any tom at all,brown lettuce on sand wishes... ,everytime I called employees can't answer any questions ask for a manager and they never know where Mgr is or what time will bein ,talked to a manager this morning Brandy said will call back in a few ,never called back ,I spent 135 there and alls themanager said is could give me a certificate for 25 dollars ,such a shame tubbys was my favorite ,tried calling corporate but thestore is a franchise ,so who do you complain to above managers heads . This place needs to have mature leadership working there. I placed an order for a sandwich, was told it would be 20 minutes. I... arrived more then 20 minutes later. Was ignored by both employees behind the counter. Got TIired of waiting, so I told themto keep my order. Went to the Tubbys in livonia. Not going back to this place ever again. I dont know how they plan to stayin business having employees like this. Read more
I'm sure the people there work hard and the prices are high. However, if you expect to be tipped for your services, "wash the... filthy tip jar". Because it's so dirty tells me the cooking area is also full of germs and dirt. Where is the owner/manager tocheck these things? Common sense! Read more
Haven't been here in quite awhile. I paid almost $50 for 2XL subs and a kids meal. Chicken club wasn't even full. Very thin sub... for $22. Not happy about that. Steak and cheese was good but definitely not a 2xl. Not sure if I'll be back. $50 for lunch iscrazy Read more
Fast delicious subs!!! The employees have all seemed friendly....they wear gloves and masks!!! The only "downside" is the... prices have gone up....but I'm sure that's true for almost anywhere....if you need something fast and fresh....look no furtherthey're the stop for you!!! Read more
