I was given a salad with rotten apples that was obviously leftover from before newyears because these self entitled employees... don't want to raise a finger to prep a fresh salad that won't destroy my stomach. I honestly never expected to write a review for a fast food restaurant- it's an extremely stressful workplace, so I'm always... happy if everything is correct but expect the worst and it is what it is.. However today I decided to take a chance and made abit of a custom burger on the Wendy's app, went and picked up my order which was ready promptly, and I can honestly say I'venever had such an amazing burger from a fast food restaurant in my entire life. The fries were perfect too, but the burger wasactually incredible (again, never expectedto say that about a fast food burger). It was extreamily fresh, by far the best meatI've ever had from a chain except maybe Culver's, and just... Wow.. I'm about to call up and ask if they're allowed to accepttips, because they definitely deserve it for this meal. Read more
Complete management failure these recent months. During the morning and lunchtime the restaurant is decent. When there is nobody... in line the service is very fast and the food is better. However when there is a line of people the quality goes completelydownhill, the wait times become absurd. Absolutely short-staffed as well. This Wendy?s has been closing around 8pm for monthsnow. These past few weeks and currently the restaurant is closed by 5pm. Have not been able to get food from Wendy?s after myclosing shifts for months. Also recently the store hours were updated to 6am-11pm on google here, just 4 days previously. Whyupdate and say you are open even later when you are in fact closing earlier at 5pm? I don't know if it was because I was really hungry. But I had the best Jr bacon cheeseburger. The commercials everything look... super good all the time but never how it is presented to you in person. I tell you this little burger was perfect looking justlike the commercials. Bacon was straight and perfect crispness to it. That slice of tomato wasn't too much or too thin.thelettuce was just right not weird tasting because it's the middle piece. It's just a burger I know.
