Restaurant is kept clean and neat. If you know Arby's, you know the menu and it's done well here. Always try out the new items... they have, good stuff. Lobby had been closed for a while but is open for dine in again. Staff were friendly and made theordering experience pleasant. Read more

This place stole my heart when I showed up in my school bus and was literally waiting for me at the drive-thru when I walked up.... Most places are not very accommodating to people who are in vehicles. Too big to go into drive-ins and most places do not allowpeople to walk through to the drive thru but these people are epic! I've been here numerous times and almost everytime they mess something up, last time I asked for a classic roast beef and large... fry and they gave me a beef and cheddar and a small fry. Would not recommend this location Read more
Very rude customer service decided to ask us to pull closer to the window which wasn?t a big deal until they than repeated they... don?t get paid enough to reach that far and when I got my food my order was wrong and couldn?t eat it and when I called backthey said they couldn?t do anything about it and hung up on me being rude and not even an apology. Was bummed out because I loved Arby?s through the years.. as it turns out, it?s just so happen to be an off night for the team... at Arbys at the Plymouth location. I tried getting a hold of them and tweeting the management with photos of my order. No answerno reply nothing. I was quite surprised especially that I tweeted and tried contacting Arby?s customer service and had noresponse. Take a look at the photos below and you recognize why I was a little bummed out of my food order. If you just buy the chicken nuggets or the chicken nugget packet it ends up being a little over 5 or $6 and that's a good deal... the chicken is all white meat no gristle very good. Read more
