I will preface this review by saying that the young girl working the front as hostes tonight did a good job, she's a keeper and... has good work ethic. My issue is with how she and the staff are being trained. I came in tonight 9/5/22 at 7:20 pm for a 7:30order. I come in early IN CASE it's done early and not sitting around getting cold, not because I expect it to be ready early. Once the hostess checked on my order and returned with news it wasn't ready yet, she made a point of reminding me theircommitment time was 7:30. More or less incriminating me as the customer for arriving early (that's a bad look). So at thatpoint, it's game on, IT BETTER BE READY AT 7:30 THEN. Guess what. It wasn't. It didn't come out until 7:36. That's normallynot a big deal to me, but you had to make a big point about how your committed time was 7:30. Initially all she would've had tosay is it's not ready yet and will be ready soon and I would be fine with that. But then you threw the commitment time back inmy face for being early, and then couldn't even meet the time then (pretty lame). Management needs to provide better trainingon how to not incriminate customers. Read more
Garden salad was good and came with a slice of garlic bread. Pizza was good and was the meat pizza with four different meats.... Server brought soda refills without our having to ask which was nice. LOTS of loud, crying kids, not a quiet, romantic or adulttype place. Restrooms outdated but clean. Read more
Fun family neighborhood bar and pizza place. Decorated for the holidays. The really fun part is that they have an L-guage model... train circling the restaurant. Great sight for those who love model trains. The food was good too a mix of fresh and cookedvegetables on my bruschetta chicken flatbread. Read more
Okay, this was tough. I've loved Broadway pizza since I was a child. Went to the original one off Broadway and have fond... memories of the food and more so the ambiance. The food has either changed a lot or the Plymouth location just makes it wronglol. I love that they had a "vegan" option for pizza because my son has a dairy allergy and hasn't been able to eat pizza, sothat was a win. But the waiter charged us for drinks he never brought and the so so food for 1 adult and 2 kids was $50. Read more
Consistently the BEST pizza in town! Terrific & attentive service from Gina, always there with a smile and a suggestion or two... :-) They even were kind enough to fill our request for pizza when they had "just" closed...bless their hearts, we were"jonesing" for Broadway after just arriving from the airport, flew in from Seattle, they made our day complete! Stopped in during a road trip and I fell in love quickly. The wait staff was excellent, Kudos to our waitress (Gina, you were... Great!). We started with a combo appetizer, (We chose onion rings, Italian cheese bread, and BBQ wings) all were scrumptious. The Broadway style deep dish was divine, (We had the Taco Pizza). It was overflowing with toppings and super thick! It wascooked perfectly and in a timely fashion. All the while the waitress kept my drinks full with almost psychic delivery... Ilove this restaurant! Couldn't finish with all the food, not only were we allowed to take the pizza with us, We even got somesoda to Go! Worth Every Penny! Read more
A year ago we came for bingo only to find out it was at their Maple grove location that night. This year, we had better luck as... it was bingo night.The greeting staff was friendly and accommodating. We ordered pizza before the games and found it to be verygood. We even got lucky and won a game. We used the winnings to buy pull tabs and won a $100 on them which covered the night. Sono complaints. If you're not into bingo, this looks like a fun spot to have a drink and watch sports on the TV's. Read more
Ordered delivery. Bomb as hell. FIRE. Best pizza I have had in Minnesota, period. A simple custom pizza with thin crust blew me... away. I also ordered a salad and it is PHEnomenal. Actual salad greens with finely chopped tomato, cucumber and avocado slices,fresh broccoli really hit the spot & several choices of dressing .. yum. Makes other pizza places look like trash? you don?tfind any of that at other takeout places. Ordered wings with Cajun dry rub ? so good they don?t need to be dipped.
