They won't let you sit down in the store. Chairs are always stacked up on the tables. It's been like this for a couple years... now. They're just too lazy to deal with cleaning tables or don't want to be annoyed by customers, apparently. I would everyoneto not spend your money at a place that does absolutely nothing to accommodate their customers. Read more
Come in here and food is good but some of the people working are rude.. not very friendly, ive never seen a brueggers slow and... thats honestly probably the reason why this one is, worked in costumer service my whole life and i would never make costumersfeel like them being there is an inconveniance. Have been going to Bruegger?s since 1993. Went almost every Saturday and Sunday mornings sometimes stopped during the week and... picked up bagels for my staff. However the new ownership has ruined it. They still have not opened the dining room after Covid,they took out the coke fountain, switched the half sour pickles for cheap jar pickles. The service is slow, the good managersare gone. It?s like they don?t want you to come in. Employees don?t want to serve customers for some reason. Company is not taking good care of their employees or something. I feel... like Employees will take forever pretending to help one customer while others are waiting. I never saw a bagel place take 5whole minutes to wrap a bagel. Omg I was the only customer in and everyone was pretending they were busy and didn?t want to helpme so I ended up leaving. Love there breakfast "Farmhouse" bagel sandwich! The Farmhouse Egg Sandwich is made with 2 freshly cracked eggs, bacon, ham,... cheddar cheese, and country pepper cream cheese.
