His name Peter and he is the kitchen manager, we came at 11:10pm and he said the kitchen is closed and i was there before... yesterday and one teenager was in disk she said the same issue. Please bring some people who can take responsibility about theirjob and other people business i mean the owner of Buffalo Wild Wings, if you cant make it better the place should shut down andlet some new person come to manage it better. I ordered takeout on the phone and honestly the customer service could be a little better but we?re all overworked and we all... have our personal lives that we carry on our shoulders at work. I get it so whatever, but my wings were saucy and tasted freshand hot and I live ten minutes away so these new cardboard boxes keep the wings hot all the way home now. I?ve given up onb-dubs but always find myself crawling back for my late night munchie craving. These wings hit the spot so thanks. Read more

Ordered for takeout. Went to go pick it up. Brought it back home, and realized that one of the wing bundles I paid for had no... sauce on it? brought it back to Buffalo Wild Wings and told them the situation. I told the person working at the counter whatsauce I originally ordered. He went back to the kitchen. He comes out and informs me that the source I originally ordered wasout?? So it took an hour - after taking 30 MINUTES to make my order and 30 MINUTES AFTER I picked up my order - for them torealize they were out the sauce I requested???? And THEN have the nerve to serve me sauceless, plain wings???? Without evenasking me for a substitute sauce??? And then when I get my corrected order back, I realized that all they did was put the sauceon the chicken wings and didn?t remake the order THEY SCREWED UP? so I was served cold food. Not only was the communicationnonexistent, but, AS ALWAYS, the chicken is tough, rubbery, and overcooked. The food is never fresh when placing an order forpickup. It is clear that these people DO NOT care about how they make your food, how fresh it is, or even getting your ordercorrect. Absolute dumpster fire! Stopped in with a friend to get some wings. The place was completely empty. We ordered 30 traditional... wings. It took over 30 mins to get the wings. The excuse was they were cleaning the fryer. I guess cleaning the fryer takes morepriority. The bartender was having her lunch and chatting it up with beer guy. All the while the manager sitting on the otherside of the room enjoying him self. Once we got our food. The bartender when back to chatting it up. Our silverware wascompletely dirty and we put it out for the bartender to take it. We were not asked if we wanted any refills. She did not checkon us at all. She cleared nothing during the whole meal or when we paid. I ordered 10 wings to go. She literally go them from hekitchen to us in under 60 seconds. How is that possible? These were the worst looking wings ever. There is a chick foot inthere. They were not even tossed in sauce they literally just dumped some over the top. S***a the bartender was completelydistracted and very focused on her chat session. We paid $62 dollars for literally the worst service possible. We came here on a Sunday night around 7:30 and we were warned by the multiple signs posted that they were short staffed so it... would be limited seating. No big deal, we can wait. We got seated quickly and our waitress was friendly. The reasons for the 3stars is we couldn?t get the sampler platter because they didn?t have any onion rings, but they wouldn?t allow substitutions..just wouldn?t allow you to order it. 2nd we ordered the 3 bird dogs.. I?ve been excited to try them, but word to the wise thewild honey mustard sauce is their second hottest sauce? it would have been good to know that! I couldn?t eat it at all.. one dipof a finger is all I could handle. Our food came out one plate at a time.. probably due to low staff but it sure was making feellike we didn?t have much food. The restaurant was less than half full, and it was an absolute ship show. They kept saying we're understaffed but I saw alot of... employees... They should have had more than enough for the tables occupied. Food was good when we got it, kids fries were cold,burger was acceptably warm but obviously sat in a window for 5 mins. Never got our apps. There wasn't one table that was happy.I saw everyone mad about the service, not getting food, food taking forever... Etc. The icing on the cake. No toothpicks?What?? Every restaurant has tooth picks. Shame. I had a chunk of chicken skin stuck and it was annoying as hell not to be ableto get a tooth pick. I've been going to BW3 for over a decade and I've never had a bad experience till now. There's blameacross the board. Hope you can turn it around. We will head to other locations. Read more

Uncooked traditional wings on Tuesday 1/18/22. Paid $24 online for this, few wings in all the wings were raw and pink from... inside. Really bad texture and almost puked while eating these. Called to talk about it, first nobody picked up. Second timewhoever picked up was really rude and didn?t help me with it. Read more

Good food. Meaty crispy wings. Jordan was a great server. She was attentive and friendly. Fun place to hang out and watch... sports or play trivia. The manager was friendly to. I will be back for lunch. Keel up the great hospitality. Read more
