The best Caribou location in this area (and yes, I ashamedly admit I've been to them all. Many times.).
Coffee people who actually know coffee. If you k ow the difference between acidic, bright, wine flavors in coffee from earth,... deep, chocolate flavors, then the people who work here can ensure you get the one you like. They also make those dessertsmoothies teens love, and have cute bistro style tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for sun shade or to keep you dry in alight rain (like the one happening now). Product is decent unfortunately the staff kinda sucks. Asked for a tall drink at the drive thru...apparently their worker seemed... to mock me and kept sayin so you want a small....after repeating "tall" numerous times they said "oh, you mean large". Donewith this place. Read more
The manager Lauren helped replace my tea that was made incorrectly a few days prior. I came back with the tea, told her that... there was way too much syrup in it and she kindly and quickly replaced it for me. No gimmicks, No hassle.
