We have eaten here in the past and had a good experience. Our last experience was an absolute disaster. We walked in - no wait... totally empty. It took 10min to get a table. Followed by and hour and 15 min wait for food. One person at our tables order"fell out of the computer" thus they didn't have food for an additional amount of time. When the bill came, it was totallyhosed. We were charged for things incorrectly and the manager (Mike S) had to fix it. Then it was still wrong and he had to fixit a 2nd time. After spending close to 3 hrs at Chili's its safe to say I will avoid going back. Run down, in need of repairs. Everything was dirty. The bathroom had standing water all over as shown. 2/3 of the restaurant... was, "closed," as only one waitress showed up. Given that, they only were allowing 4 tables to eat at a time. Those 4 tablesthen were uncomfortably close as there was more than enough room to have some space while not adding steps. The waitress wasnice, and the food was as shown in the pics. My steak for the fajita had a large area of gristle down the center which made itunedible. Read more
I have a few suggestions for this establishment. You could call them criticisms. Customer service employees should prioritize... immediate customer needs over auxillary needs like cleaning tables. People were made to wait while an employee cleaned arecently vacated table, despite there being many other clean tables available. The food took a while to get to us but it waspretty good once it did. Our waitress took quite a long time to come back after checking in about how our food was once we gotit. She constantly seemed like she had someplace to be and was eager to get away from the table. We had to find an employee andask them to get us a couple of boxes after being done eating for several minutes. And the response was "I can try" which as faras responses go, isn't great. I would recommend having front of house staff that are more socially apt. I would have preferreda "seat yourself" sign because at least that one would've done its job and not wandered off. If we could've ordered everythingfrom the kiosk (including boxes!) we would've preferred that experience to the one we got. And we hate the kiosks. Read more
