I?ve ordered takeout at least three times here over the last 4 years, and it would seem this particular location has challenges... with recruiting, staffing and management. They have a very disorganized takeout order pickup procedure: the normal shelf usedby most chipotle locations to stage completed takeout orders is used for restaurant equipment and computer equipment (seephoto). They don?t verbally call out the names on completed orders that languish in the back, out of reach of customers, andthey seem not to have the staffing capacity to assist you in finding your order, or even to greet customers waiting for 20 to 30minutes. My best advice for anyone ordering takeout is to be flexible with your expectation of a pickup time. For example, ifyou want to pickup food at 4:30pm, order a 4pm pickup by 3:30pm. At around 6pm or 6:30pm, order a 7pm pickup time if youultimately want your food by 7:30pm. Plan way ahead, and plan on re-heating your takeout food at home if they somehow are ableto prepare it on time. This location has needed 30 to 45 minutes to prepare all three of my takeout orders. Something about their food strongly appeals to me despite all of this chain's shortcomings. With overflowing wastebins, dirty... tables, and a frantically busy staff, it's no wonder Chipotle is best known for salmonella outbreaks. Their portions are sizedfor two, so expect a strong bellyache if you finish a burrito or bowl in one sitting. This location has been very understaffedlately and has had limited hours.
