My son and I were waiting for our food quite a while, I understand they're short staffed no big deal, but as we're standing... there waiting for food one of the workers drops a chicken nugget on the floor then proceeds to pick it up and put it in thefryer basket with all of the other chicken nuggets. I can't even believe I just seen this! I immediately asked for a manager anda refund because I can't even fathom in my head if they pick up food off the floor and serve it to somebody cuz somebody atethat chicken nugget what else are they doing or not doing. I went through the drive thru during lunch on Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a cheeseburger, a small fry, a medium coke, and a... medium ice water. I noticed the order board said ?small water.? I pointed it out, and again requested a medium water. The ladytaking my order said they didn?t have a button for medium water, and would need to manually get a medium water. When I got myorder, sure enough it was a small ice water. Not the end of the world, but slightly annoying. The young man who took my laymendidn?t say ANYTHING, which was awkward. He didn?t say ?hi?, or confirm my order or total, didn?t ask if I wanted my receipt oreven a simple ?thank you?. Then, my fries were clearly old, which I don?t understand considering they were busy and it was smackdab in the middle of lunch. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
I walked into this place and noticed there was only four people working. Three of the employees were clearly new. I tried to... have patience but, the manager was making the drive thru the only priority. He completely ignored the customers in the lobby. Iordered my food at the kiosk and never got my food. Went there 8/25/22 at 945am. The older male employee just stood and stared at me with no response........ Ordered a breakfast... meal and he said nothing. I cannot believe how poorly he was trained so I walked out. McDonald's please train your employees onhow to do there job so I can get some pancakes. Read more
You wouldn't believe the amount of times I get luke warm, or even cold, soggy, flimsy old fries! I can't even eat them! One... location specifically, is notorious for this, even when I specifically tell them, "I'll wait for some hot, fresh fries, please"!What do I get? The bottom of the fry bin! Cold, soggy, flimsy old fries! Another issue...torwards the end of the evening, theapp will allow me to order, but when I get to this location for pickup, they tell me, either, my order didn't come through theirsystem, or I can't get half of what I ordered/wanted, due to them, say, turning off the shake machine, before they're evenclosed! Frustrating to say the least! I wouldn't have placed any order, at all, if I knew I couldn't get my shake with it! Theshake is the point of the order. We walked in to order instead of using the drive through. The guy at the counter seemed surprised that we came in only for the... ice-cream cones. He gave us the largest ice-cream cones ever at Mickey D's. We sat outside and enjoyed the cones in sunny fallweather. Its a pity this location is still closed for dine in. Read more
I really like McDonald?s food. There is something strangely addictive about the breakfast, particularly the egg McMuffin. No,... it is not the world?s best food for you or the worlds best tasting food, either, but for the price and for the incredibly fastservice, it is great! This location doesn?t have spectacular service but it does have a relatively fast service and is rarelybusy. The store is very clean and has plenty of parking. It is highly visible but not too easy to get to the first time. Overall, for what it is, I give it five stars. Read more
Guy at the counter greeted us right away. He was polite and efficient. We got our food quickly, and it tasted fresh. This is... definitely the cleanest location I?ve been to. And the ice cream machine was working! Read more
